I went to store very early trying to get my car tint asap. I asked the boy are you open 9 am he said yes. Right after one person come inside and get on the line which he came after me. Terrible customer service. Not professional. I just came to 3m crystalline dealer and great customer service and amazing tint. Customer service is the most important part of the business i hope they will learn one day.

Ive used their services for 10+ years primary for tinting, radar installation and recently ceramic coating, and other after market services including radio, rock lights and backup sensor installation. The quality of work for after market services is good but they make clumsy mistakes so make sure to take your time checking their workmanship. Also, deal directly with Sunny. Others have a little bit of an attitude.

Quick and professional service, had all my truck windows tinted in about an hour and was out the door! The owner sunny was very informative and explained the features/differences in all the products he offered and helped me to choose the one i wanted and offers a warranty with products as well. Ive brought couple of cars here and everytime they go above and beyond expectations, the work they did on my Lexus IS350 was amazing . Great tints, good people but I cannot recommend them for audio installs. Had to go through hoops to get something properly working that I ended up fixing myself. Wasnt pleased that I didnt get a partial refund for their services.Edit: Seeing your response, I did call you, you went around the bush a lot on your responses and offered nothing in return. Went from 3 to 2 stars.

Their incredible knowledgeable with years of experience. They take special care of you property and are meticulous in their craft. It’s better to get it right the first time than to have to have it redone. Here, they get it right the first time and stand behind their work. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my vehicle.

Spoke to Paco. He is very sociable and did a great job at explaining the different shades of tint offered. He did a really great job at explaining to me the pros and cons of each different brand.I was able to make a clear thought out decision based on his honesty with each of the products presented to me.It was a busy day for them but they got the tint done and my car alarm finished sooner than they anticipated.Note: When putting on tint for a car. There is a 5% (Dont quote me, read their company practice and policy card) margin of error. They tried their very best. I was satisfied with what they did.

I went here to tint my wifes car as well as my own, excellent work. Then I took my backup car for a tint removal and they damaged my side panels by accident. Sunny was very honest and understanding about their fault and had them redone for me. The new panels look better than the old, lol. Most importantly, because of Sunny being an honest man, they have kept my trust and my business. Thank you guys!

I got PPF done to the front of my car and with a very complicated bumper with all sorts of vents they still managed to do great work. The film they use is high quality and has a 10 year warranty. Brand new truck $85,000 (2 weeks old) Wanted an upgrade so we came here. The wrong part was ordered after an in-depth conversation and viewing the vehicle. Scratched the bed liner and the tailgate. Did not apologize nor did Sunny offer any resolutions. We asked for our money back and they didn’t know how to do that. Sunny’s response was “We’re not perfect”. Now....we understand that no one is perfect, however, we did expect them to be professional, knowledgeable and considerate of others property. They may do tint well, but don’t ask for anything else. They aren’t able to handle it.

This is place is great not only because of the quality of the work, but also their honesty and integrity. I recently had a dashcam/back up camera hardwired to my car and was mistakenly charged a different (higher) amount. Another employee caught the mistake and they promptly refunded the transaction and rang me up for the correct amount. They could have easily not said anything, but the fact that they did means a lot. The install itself is world class and everything works perfectly.

I took my car yesterday and first impressions last forever to me. Sonny was really nice, and knowledgeable. He was very straight forward and also funny. The quality of work is great, and I got a lifetime warranty. Ill definitely be back.

I purchased my 2013 Subaru STI. I took it over to X-Pert auto tint. I wanted the windows tinted and a Clear Bra installed. They finished when promised and gave me many free extras. I got headlight protection, and they made custom film for the front Subaru emblem and top part of the grill. When I went to pick up the car and I was stunned by the quality of work. I could not even see there was a Clear Bra unless I looked really, really close for line. The window tint was perfect. They really took care of me and I will be taking my wifes BMW in a few weeks.

I asked for a quote to tint the pano roof, NOT a price per panel....wasted 2 hours driving there and back to be told that was the price per panel. Basically, pano roof has 2 pieces and doubling the price, classic bait and switch.

These people are the bomb!! I had my windows tinted at another place and the tint on the passenger side windows started to roll up and looked horrible, so I went to X Pert tint to fix it. I arrived at 830am and they opened at 9 but around 845, Neil, the office manager arrived and unlocked the doors. Not wanting to go in before 9am, I called to see if they would pick up because it wasn’t quite 9am and to my surprise, they did. Neil walked out to my car and let me know what needed to be done. Since there is no such thing as ‘fixing’ tint, they had to strip it and install new tint on my two windows. We walked back to the building, he got my receipt together, took the car back and after 45 minutes, I was done and it looked great! They totally exceeded my expectations and everyone was very courteous and professional! I highly recommend this business.
