I finished window tinting school and started my window tinting business, the school that I went to used Global window film in class. I searched online to find a dealer and was directed to solarControlFilmsInc, talked to a lady name Hope and explained that my business was located in Georgia, and I was a new tinter. I order 2 samples and a 60 inch roll of 35% NR Superior Charcoal, when I received my order, Hope had sent a 40 inch roll of 5%. I call and spoke to her and she jumped down my throat and told me that I need to learn what I was ordering! She sent me a replacement film and a return slip to send the 5% back which I did. She is very unprofessional. I am still unsure of the replacement film that she sent me, the box of film is a no name brand of film, how can I offer this to a customer? I just gave up, after spending over $300.00!** WOW!

Ordering and making my order was a great experience the receptionist was very patient and straight forward it was done quickly and got my orderIn one piece the quality and customers I get gives me a smile highly recommend

Need to improve their customer service. I had some questions to make and even the person was in front of me he was very rude and told me that I had to call to have these questions answered. Guess what? It was the same person answering the phone

Horrible customer service. The lady that answers the phone is extremely unprofessional. She should not be answering phones much less working with the public.

Worst customer service ever spoke to a woman there and she treated me like I was the worst enemy And I spoke to the owner or manager and he acted like he didn’t care that’s no way to run a business customers are the ones who keep you in business
