I took a recently purchased vehicle in to have windows tinted. This is the damage brought back from my car getting tinted exterior trim bent without apologizing. They just started to tell me they didnt do it. Mind you I just purchased the vehicle. ( see attachment) take before pictures they take your car in the back. I will never use them again. Poor customer service and they dont care.

I initially got 5 windows tinted with Ceramic tint, and was very pleased with the result. I would not recommend using this place to anyone. I went to get all of my windows tinted excluding the front windshield, getting a tint that they said would be free of bubbles, discoloration and overall damage in the long run which was not cheap at all. Once they completed the first application of my tint I went to pick my car up and they had obviously not looked at the tint at all since there were large scratches on almost every window and several of these large scratches on each window. I told them about it and waited for another hour and a half while they redid the tint that they had failed to even look at the first time. Upon getting home after the second tint application I realized that there were still some scratches in two of the windows and there was a hole in the tint on the drivers window. Very disappointed in this place and would never recommend to anyone due to the obvious disregard for the state of the tint when the car is handed back to the customer and their failure to provide a decent tinting job when given more than one opportunity. Using their company was a very expensive mistake and a complete waste of money.

Found this place on Groupon, called to make appointment and they honored the price without the need to get the coupon. Groupon had an additional 20% discount but they didnt take that into account unless I had got the coupon, which I didnt know till I got there. The full sedan tinting took 1 hr and I got the standard one, not sure about % but could have paid extra for low %. So far the job has been good and was told it would take 2 weeks for any bubbles to disappear so just have to be patient on that end. Definitely recommend.

I had used these guys for about five years now. They’ve done three out of my 4 cars with little to no issues with their tint. But today was different. Never have I had such a bad experience with customer service before. I won’t be returning to have them work on my vehicle. Their sales tactics are worse than that of a used car lot. I had some scheduling issues mostly do to my work schedule but then I get in there for the third time and I get the runaround from a third employee who seriously doesn’t know how to talk to people. She was rude, didn’t greet people as they walked in the door, and she didn’t even try to approach the situation with class and the proper knowledge of the business she was even in. Lacked people skills all together. I didn’t appreciate the lack of communication on their part at all. I got 4 different prices from 3 different employees. Then when I decided to leave they wanted to apologize, back track, and try to save face. I was treated badly, poor, workmanship on everyone’s part in that office. They do good work but their office needs a revamp. They need skilled costumer service people who value their jobs, are knowledgeable, and at least act like they like what they are doing. No tint for me from these guys anymore. Too bad.

AMAZING experience! The prices here are great- I got what I wanted for the price I needed and I couldn’t be happier. What’s even more amazing is that one of my windows doesn’t roll down and they told me there would be a gap in the tinting and when I get the window fixed to come back and they’ll fix it for free- I gladly agreed and they surprised me after I checked out with a perfectly tinted car! The guy managed to do it without any issues at all. It looks stunning.Waiting room is nice and comfy, staff is super nice- esp with gentleman that works up front. Came on a recommendation and ended up recommending to another friend after. 10/10.

I needed to get my 1987 Toyota Cressida tinted and K-Tan took really good care of me! He basically let the tint sell itself and wasnt just looking to make a sale, which I really appreciated since I was shopping around. He showed me the difference between all the tints they carry with a special demo they have in store. I wanted heat rejection tint and K-Tan explained the tints very well, even took me outside to show me his car and how the tint would look from the outside and inside. He gave me a great price on the selection I made and wasnt charged extra when I found out my car had to be hand cut as opposed to the laser cut tint because of the awkward back and side windows. Although it took a little bit my time due to the hand cutting, the tint came out great! They even put a reminder stick on my window controllers so I wouldnt use them. Definitely go see K-Tan if you need your windows tinted! When my project car is finished, Ill definitely be taking it back to K-Tan!

Staff quoted me one price. And then store manager came and increased the price quotation and said, “staff don’t know what they are speaking about”What ... ? Lol. It’s a surprise to me. If I staid there another two minutes, they will increase my quote by another 100 bucks. Glad I walked out.If store manager can’t able to educate their staff about pricing, how would an actual customer feel ?But at end of the day, as a customer it’s my decision to get it or not. Glad I didn’t get it as I heard and saw many different quotations for the same product in just under 5 mins.

Overal tint installation looks excellent I went with the ceramic, gave the car a while new look little on the pricey side but well worth the quality(plus it’s life time warranty )will be bringing all my cars here hands down.

I washed and waxed my car before getting tint from this place. I have no complaints regarding the tint but when i saw my car after their tinting was complete, all of the windows were dirty from the inside. Not only this, but there were water spray marks everywhere outside my car.They charge very high prices for the tint but they dont even have the courtesy to wipe it clean after finishing the tint. I really wanted to go back and show them all the marks on my car windows and the body but I didnt.

The tint looks great and price was fair. However, the installer got glue and liquid all over my backseat and did not clean it off, so now I get to clean up their mess. Apparently no towel/cover was put over my back speakers either, and theres signs of liquid in the speakers. That should be a fun replacement when it fails. If youre taking a vehicle to this shop, I highly recommend that you cover your interior beforehand

I thought everything had came out well until I started noticing several large scratch marks all over the tinted windows.

Very quick and clean work. Any questions you have about tint they have the answers. They also have tint demonstrations to help you make the right selection. I had the front windshield ceramic tinted with the 91% heat reduction film.

I would rate this 4 stars. It was quick, probably because I had appointment. However, I had a hard time to get price adjustment after the tint was done, I paid, and found out a Groupon deal. They honored the Groupon price for the Blackmax HP, but wouldnt match Groupons extra 20% OFF special (about $50 saving), claiming that they would only match it BEFORE the service. I believe it was someone at management level came out but I still only got minor adjustment on the receipt. I rate 4 stars for the hospitality and fast service from the staffs, lacking 5th star from the interaction with management.

I gave the shop a call to inquire about clear bras and they were just delighted to help and were ultra friendly. They were helpful with explaining all the options and even pointed out some things that I missed. Also explained how to maintain the clear bra for the first few weeks. 10 of 10 highly recommend.

Got my car tinted 2 weeks ago. After 2 weeks, the film at the back peeled off, front windshield has small bubble, and 3 out of 4 windows still have small bubbles at the corners. Brought my car back today 4/16/2021 because they say its lifetime warranty. The owner fixed the back window on the driver side which still have some bubbles. The windshield and the back were fixed as well but only the front windshield appears ok, the back still have lots of small bubbles. It appears to me that they didnt re-work the back even though it peeled off at the corner but just fixed it by pushing the tint back. They only re-work the back window on the passenger side and didnt do anything on the front window on the driver side. I have brought all my cars here for tint because they have done a good job in the past but not this time. The manager was kinda rude when I asked what did they do because its been only 30 mins and my car was done. She said they only fixed 4 out of 5 and re-work only 1 and cut me off saying good day as she doesnt want to talk to me anymore I think its time for me to find a new shop.

Let me start by saying Im satisfied with my tint.Before i took my car to get the tint redone i did my research to figure out what type of tint i wanted for my car. Since there are about 3 types which vary what theyre made out of and block an X amount of heat. I chose Ceramic since thats the one i liked the best and cancel the most amount of heat. IT IS PRICEY though.So i talked to Peter over the phone and told me the price for ceramic tint on my hatch and that removing tint thats already on the hatch would be an extra 30 per glass. So i went ahead and removed the tint on my own except the hatch part since the defroster is so old and flaky. Also I made sure there was no glue at all since that does affect application of new tint.I get to motorsports and immediately a guy walks me through their products and costs but Peter already knew what i wanted and they showed me how much heat gets reduced by Ceramic tint. I gave them my keys and i waited for 3 hours for my car.Granted once i got my car back i inspected it and saw water bubbles (which is normal for tint) continued and paid.I waited a couple of days to write this review to see if some issues would write . There are some imperfections but honestly it doesnt bug me since the previous tint i had on this car was pretty bad and i couldnt see the back at all. Also since Im always driving my hatch i dont see those imperfections that i have uploaded here.Im satified and im going to go back to do my windshield with an all clear since thats the last step to prevent me from burning in this Texas heat.Thank you Peter and the guy that drives the white scion at motor sports for taking car of me and my CAR. Cause oh boy my hatch is everything to me.

I had to have my tint that I paid almost $300 for re-done 3 different times at 2 seperate locations (each time there was trash or hair etc., between my tint and my window after the drying process). I went to the Heights location twice to get my tint done, then after them not being able to get it done correctly, the manager, Mary, from the Gessner location told me to come to her shop and said she would personally look over the job before releasing the car to me to make sure it was perfect. It was...until the drying period went by only to find more white dots and squiggly lines in my tint. I called back to let her know and she said thats the best they could do and to go back to the Heights location and get a FULL refund and my tint taken off but ended up getting charged $54 for a removal fee, but whatever I just wanted to be done with this company. When I went to the Heights to get my tint removed, they burned a hole in the fabric of my car!!! The worst part is- they didnt even tell me when I went to pick my car up!! I found out when I went to the carwash to vacuum the mess they left behind from removing the tint. The shop manager, Victor, at the Heights location said he would pay to have it fixed which I really appreciate! Well see how it goes when the Infiniti dealership calls Executive Motorsports to collect payment. The car company that sold me the car I showed the damage to and they said it was definitely NOT like that when they bought it and sold it to me. Im a very anal person and the smallest things bother me, so I wouldve noticed a half dollar sized hole next to my rear window. Hopefully this is all I have to write on this post and the manager Victor @ Executive Motorsports - The Heights keeps his word on following through with paying for his employees mistake/damage (even though the employees denied it I was told.) I understand mistakes happen but just own up to them and fix them is all Im asking. Not like Im driving a Chevy Cavalier or some beater. They did almost $500 in damage to a fully loaded Infiniti G37. I wish this company well, but I will not be doing anymore business with them anymore after Mr. Victor honors his word and pays for the damage done to my vehicle while my cars tint was being removed at his shop. I went to this place to have tint removed and replaced on the back windshield. They used water to remove the film and they left the water on. So now my back windshield has all these water spots on it. I was the customer they decided to mess over. I was very dissatisfied and upset how my windshield turned out. Big mistake coming here.

Took my 2019 370z they did a great job with tint but not so professional with vehicle care. They scuffed up my leather seats from having to do the quarter window and sprayed my alacantra side panels with whatever they use for the film.

**UPDATE****So I raised the 1 star to a 2 star for them resolving the clear bra issue. However, after allowing the tint to cure it still has some bubbles and even some debris trapped under it. Additionally, it still has poor heat rejection and I will be posting pics to compare interior temps from a friends FormulaOne ceramic tint VS their BlackMax ceramic tint. I tried explaining this to them and even provided the pictures to prove it but the gentleman only kept reassuring me that it was ceramic tint and has high heat rejection. He never offered to replace it or provide a refund. So again a 2 star because Im still not satisfied with the product and end result.**I had called in advance to get some pricing. They were very helpful and willing to work out a great deal for full tint and some clear bra. Got an appointment scheduled and took my new truck in at 9 a.m. Took about 3 hours which isnt bad. Customer service is excellent and Mary was helpful and very nice.Now my reason for the one star is lack of respect for vehicle. Lots of dried excess water run off left everywhere. They took my kids car seat out and didnt bother putting it back properly. I had some documents in the back and they just stepped all over them leaving boot prints everywhere. Messed with my radio because wasnt even on Sirius like I left it and was on regular FM radio.The clear bra that was applied to the door pillars is just an absolute butchered job. Its obvious they dont polish and detail the area before applying the clear bra. None of the edges are lined up and already looks like it is pealing.The tint has less than 24hrs but has lots of air bubbles. I will give it time to cure to see if it goes away. I also did not notice very much heat rejection like ceramic tint should have. I hope the tint used was really a ceramic one. Ill be getting the heat index on the windows tested to make sure it is getting the stated 92% heat rejection.I will be calling to get the clear bra redone or get my money back. Ill give the tint a couple days and the heat test before asking for new tint or a refund.

So far so good, just got it 11/10/18 so will leave an updated review later on. Very nice staff, go through all their options clearly. Tint looks great, dont see any bubbles.Only complaint is they leave the inside of your car kinda messy with the solutions they use.

Executive Motorsports installed ceramic tint on my vehicle (dramatically reduces the heat that enters the vehicle) as well as installed paint protection film on the entire front of the vehicle and the rocker panels. I called at 3 pm to inquire about window tint and was quoted multiple options of different quality tints of my choice. I was 20 minutes late for my appointment at 4 but they expeditiously started removing the old tint and installing the new tint right away. By 530 my vehicle was completed and returned and looks very nice. Dealing with this shop was a great experience. Will update the review once the tint cures in a few days.

Old dog, new tricks. I had a solid experience at Executive Motorsports. The staff members were friendly and helpful. They did give me the obligatory pitch to upgrade to a higher quality film but I didnt feel pressured. The estimated wait time was right on the money and most importantly, the tint job looks excellent. My car is almost 13 years old and is now looking a bit fresher than the day I got it.

I have used Executive For my tint needs for over 10 years on numerous cars. They have a lifetime warranty on their installed product and it is of good quality. They have two locations now 1 being near the memorial area and the other in the heights.Give them a call for your needs.

We had our new ford f-150 tinted. All windows including and eyebrow across the front. I explained to them there was trash in between the tint and the glass. After doing so and telling them they needed to peel it off and replace it, I was informed that some trash in the tint is a acceptable. There was a huge cluster of fibers/trash between the film and the glass on the driver side. They finally agreed that it was their mistake and they would fix it. However, I was told by the Manager in the front that they dont have control over the construction going on and trash floating around in the area. Now, if you contact any other tinting companies, as I have, they laugh at such a statement. Its called good housekeeping skills, doing the job indoors and no fans and wait to pull other cars in and out while applying tint to another car. If your facility isnt setup or quite big enough to do more than one or 2 cars, then you might want to upgrade to a larger facility. To be honest the managers shady attitude is what made it worse. Thanks for fixing the problem but I dont recommend this place.

The level of customer service is exceptional. From the first initial call and the follow up call and text with all the info. I dropped my car off at 9am and went back to work they called me once it was ready, and when I got there I was very pleased. Fast, Friendly, And Customer Service On Point.

First of all i hate being the only 2 star among a sea of five stars, but i feel being honest about a situation is best. I brought in my brand new 2018 Dodge Charger scat pack in yesterday, and everything was fine until i got my car back. My car was freshly detailed from the dealer and returned to me with all the streaks running down the sides from the water soap mixture. I asked if they could wipe it down (huge mistake on my part).I inspected every window as i have learned to do so from past tint jobs and i found a couple mistakes. No big deal, i let them know about the tint not being squeegied to the edge so it seemed as though it wasnt applied properly. Next there was a scratch on the tint on the passenger side front window. All this after watching what seemed to be a 16 year old kid fumble with my keys and door handle only to activate my remote start right after shutting my car off. They take my car back and begin removing the tint. I was waiting to use the bathroom for about 30 minutes (employee was in there doing what I can assume was taking the biggest dump ever) when i was told there was a bathroom in the back. After finishing im watching the same 16 year old kid applying the tint and an asian woman wiping down my car with a dirty shammy. To my horror i see her drop the shammy on the floor, pick it up and resume wiping down my car!!! If you hand wash your car you could imagine the pain of seeing that ( when any towel used for a car is dropped onto concrete that towel must not touch the car and be discarded because of the sand and other debris picked up by it. Using that towel will ensure scratches and swirl marks). I immediately stepped in and told her to step away. At this point i had been waiting for 2 and a half hours, no other cars being worked on and i was pissed beyond belief. I asked the asian guy working on the computer if he was the owner to which he replied no and then later tells me yea we cant just squeegie out that scratch, the tint will be removed and new tint applied. Im sorry about that i dont know if he was a manager or what. I get my car back and inspect it again only to see a scratch on the eybrow (strip of tint going across the top of your windshield). By this time im done with the whole situation and just leave. Im driving home and look in the rear view mirror only to see a wrinkle on the back windshield. Thats there for good and cant be flattened or fixed unless you remove the tint. Wonderful. Today is day 2 and the sun is out and to my disgust guess what i have on my fresh paint thats literally a day old, swirl matks and scratches. Will be posting pics for proof. Now should i get a refund or take the risk of them re applying tint and invite the chance for them to damage my car in some other way? I dont know but this was my factual account of what happened. Beware guys and inspect your windows before leaving. It doesnt matter if you get the cheapest tint or most expensive, the workmanship should reflect all these 5 star reviews. Highly dissapointed and wanted to share my experience. Take it as you want and i hope nobody else purchases a brand new car only to have it scratched by a tint shop with the highest rated reviews in town.
