Horrible place, this place should be ban from Harris county, they have no control on trucks that are coming out of the place and are pollution all the houses that are close to his location creating dirt and dust, not even including the smell that createdI can even have a decent meal outside with all that dust those roll off truck create every day. My son has Asthma can even go out side during the day because of all that dust created

I have been using Houston Waste Solutions for over three years and they are awesome! They have bent over backwards and gotten me out of jams more times than I can count. Elvira in dispatch is always friendly and ready to help and the drivers have made the effort to call me when they needed to get in a locked gate, where in my experience, other companies just leave the site and dont even try. I will continue to use HWS for a long time to come.

Do not use this so called company. I have 4 commercial job sites in Houston area. I have been trying to get them to pick up one 20 yard dumpster since 13th and here the dumpster still sits on my job site on the 23rd. Horrible service Everytime I call I get we will be there today or in the morning. 2 of the days I can see because of rain, but taking almost 2 weeks to pickup a commercial site dumpster is just bad business. I have been doing commercial construction for 22 years and I only had 2 horrible reviews.
