Kaplan Test Prep is a nice center to prepare for the USMLE step 1 and 2. It offer a variety of classroom in a quiet ambient where you can easily study without distraction. The people that work at this center is very helpful.

No one answering phone calls and very late reply to emails.Used to have good service but not any more.Would not recommend going there.

This center has a really nice location You have 24 hours fitness right there ;and, you have a variety of restaurants very close at walk distance.. The people in Kaplan are helpful. They guide you and help you as much as they can..Also, I have met wonderful people during my preparation for the USMLE step 1 and 2.

Kaplan cancelled the course for which I had paid. I asked for a refund in writing. Nothing. I called and they said that they would keep part of the money as a Service Fee for processing of my credit card transaction. I most certainly did NOT agree for them to charge me for NOT receiving a service.

Study center but same building with gym center, noise from weight lifting throbs into your head steadily. Do not waste your money on Kaplan, their purpose is just for their business, not dedicated at all!

I signed my daughter up for the PSAT review class because her sophomore results were close to National Merit Scholar and I hoped this would help her get it on the Junior year test. She scored worse after this class. It was worth zero.Also, I was annoyed that I had to pay $50 for rush shipping for books for an in person class.Don’t waste your money on this class for the PSAT.

I only clicked on the star because I couldnt post my review. It should really be NO STARS!! I am extremely disappointed! DO NOT USE KAPLAN! They cancel at the last minute, habitually. I was so stupid to sign up for Kaplan prep after the last time they cancelled Both times, they have canceled at the last minute. KAPLAN - Do not offer so many choices if you cant fulfill them. We registered early and here we are, less than two months from having to take this test for a MASTERS program, panicking, trying to find a prep class. And they seem to not understand the words...no online classes. The representative on the phone must have said 5 times that we could do the online class. I finally asked her if she was having a hard time understanding that an online class is not an option. Very unreliable and unprofessional!

Kaplan Test Prep is an institution that works to prepare students for a variety of standardized exams and tests, specially for the IMGs that want to take the different tests of the USMLE. The center is located on the fifth and sixth floor of the building, on the fifth floor you can find all the administrative personnel and you can get information about the different courses that they offer, on the sixth floor they have different study rooms, a lunch room with microwaves and a vending machine and an auditorium where they transmit online classes to all the kaplan centers in America.

Kaplan was extremely important to my preparation for the USMLE examinations. I started back in October 2017 with the Step 1 In-center and Live Lectures.The Kaplan books and videos were excellent. The Live Lectures (make sure to to over the material at least once or twice before starting them) added a bunch of information and had professors flying from all over the country to teach us. Kaplan Qbank was a very good starting question bank. I feel I learnt more Medicine during my time with Kaplan than during University, not only for the board exams, but for life.As an IMG I met people from all over the world and made very good friends. The Kaplan staff (everyone, from the front desk employees to the medical advisors and DSOs) were very attentive and helpful. I received good advice from them and always felt they listened to me. Shout-out in particular to Dr. Hernández who is a wonderful person and was there along every step of the way.
