Loved them! No fuss whatsoever. Used them commercially for my place of work. It was incredibly easy to book an appointment with them over the phone for the next week (and it was after the freeze in Texas no less). They brought their shredder truck to our storage unit and shredded at least 50 boxes of paper, file folders, the works. The gentlemen that shredded everything for us on the truck were incredibly professional and helpful. They even take away the boxes that the papers were in. Will absolutely use them again. I searched residential shred companies for a while and saw a Sierra Shred truck next to me on the freeway. I gave them them a call and spoke with Lucy...friendley and helpful. They were cheaper than the other well known names (to me anyway) for the same service so I booked an appointment at my house... Christian Diaz called to confirm the morning of and showed up on time and performed the shred service...he even explained and showed me their process. The Sierra truck has a camera that you can see the blades turning and the documents being fed into the hopper. It takes moment!!!
