Excellent service starting from the initial call to the end of the on-site shredding process. They answered all questions on the phone, called right before arriving and provided paperless billing. We used ShredTex to destroy old computers and paper files containing customers confidential financial information we had collected over the years. When preparing for an office move and greater reliance on electronic storage, it was a great help to have them come by the office and securely destroy all the no longer needed files. Great company to work with. I called, scheduled and they came to me at my home. They were in a large truck with a professional driver who loaded my docs into an oversized rolling trash can while I watched. I followed him to the truck at the curb where the documents were lifted into a large enclosed bin on the truck where they were shredded to oblivion (file folders and all). This was the second time I have used Shredtex in the past two years. The first time was for about 80 file boxes of old business records. This time I had about 30 tall kitchen bags full of old bills, bank statements, receipts and a bunch of computer backup cd disks. My closets are now empty of all that stuff. It was securely destroyed just as advertised. My wife says YEA!!!

I opted to take my electronics to their location instead of having them come to me however they do offer onsite shredding which is convenient. I spoke to Michael over the phone and he was thorough in explaining the process. Erbey was patient in explaining the process as he took apart items preparing them for shredding.
