So I know what everyone is thinking - I googled a place for wheelchair/scooter rentals and this place popped up...can I trust their services and products? Let me tell you that you absolutely can! & Jude is the one I can thank for his amazing and caring service!!!My grandmother lives in TX (I’m out of state) and relies on her scooter to pick up her mail, go to the store, and just live life independently. Her scooter went on the fritz unexpectedly and without this company, she would’ve been left to scramble and try to figure out how to get groceries and would’ve been over-exerting herself to try and get her mail at the front office.I’m several states away (despite sharing the Gulf) and found Sun Mobility when doing some google searches and of course I was naturally skeptical until I called and spoke to Jude. He answered all of my questions eagerly and truly spoke in the best interest of the person using the scooter...my grandmother.Jude went above and beyond to arrange delivery of the scooter, processing payment (since I am out of state) and offered resources to help my grandmother find reputable people to work with when comparing scooter/mobility chair companies.I cannot say enough about Sun Mobility...I’m just trying to help family whenever I can and have never ventured into this stuff and Jude answered all of my questions and set concerns at ease. The process was so easy and Jude was so accommodating, considering that I was out of state and trying to arrange all of this....and called at least 5 times within 30minutes, lol.I know this review could seem suspiciously positive, but my grandmother had an amazing experience with Jude/Sun Mobility and the scooter was in great condition. Sun Mobility was really a lifesaver and the customer service,in my experience, was superb. I don’t leave reviews often....a company really has to make a difference for me to leave any comment & this company really did impress me! Kudos to this team and their help to those that really need it. Thank you!!!!

Jude was amazing. He went above and beyond, which allowed my father to enjoy his weekend in Houston. Thank you Jude.

Sunmobility is courteous, kind, helpful. Goes above and beyond. Brings the scooter to you and picks it up after. I have recommended to others who - to a one - have let me know how very satisfied and impressed they were by the service.
