I cannot say enough about Jennifer Larsen, the first time we spoke she made me feel like I had known her all my life. She is very knowledgeable of her work and field as a realtor and she truly cares about what I want, that was important to me, I didnβt feel like I was just βanother clientβ. So thank you Jennifer for always putting me first, we will always remember the bidding wars and losing what I thought was my perfect home, and now I have peace of mind about the place we found together!Thank you for taking good care of me and putting my needs first! I will always send you referrals π And thank you for making me feel important.
I was a first time homebuyer and Paul Holub worked with me, and helped me navigate this complicated process. He was responsive, helpful, and worked hard to show me all the condos I wanted. He really helped in the negotiations and I got the best price possible. He was kind, helpful, knowledgeable, and really cared about me. I would gladly recommend Paul to anyone whether a first time or experienced homebuyer for their next agent.
Itβs much better than another market centers. You can see the difference. ππ»

Patricia Brand was the sellers agent. The property was listed without a sellers disclosure and we finally were provided one like 10 days after the purchase agreement was signed. Furthermore Patricia and her client lagged in their communication with my agent. My agent would text, call, email and it would take an extremely long time to get a reply back. Many times over a day would pass and my agent would have to keep persevering. We were waiting for the final amendment to be signed and that didnt happen until like the stroke of midnight before the option period was set to end. As a result my lender didnt want to order the appraisal until I had the seller disclosure and the executed amendment. Finally we got it and the appraisal was ordered. As a result of the poor communication, response times and professionalism at times the appraisal didnt come in until a few days prior to the original closing date. We had to extend the closing date as a result of the games (which is what it was) due to the lender and title needing more time to close. I had to get the broker involved to make sure the deal would close and not loose my earnest deposit. The appraisal came in lower then the sale price and still I paid $500 more just to put an end to this transaction that was turning into an unpleasant experience. My agent and I took a lot of things off the list for repairs and the house was being sold without a fridge, a broken stove and no washer/dryer. The appraisal included a working stove but I still had to fork over the bill for that on top of the $500 above appraisal value b/c the stove was very old and the glass-top was cracked. Originally our amendment was that the owner was going to replace the stove prior to the appraisal results! Then to make matters even crazier the day of closing all the company staging furniture was still there. Yes Patricia did give my agent the key as a courtesy for her to do the final inspection after I involved the broker but you think that there would be a spare where all the furniture would have been taken out the week prior to the closing date. Not the case --- it was all still in there even up to the mid afternoon of the day of closing! I had to email Patricia and let her know that I had a worker coming and it needed to be gone otherwise the next day it was mine and part of the sale. On other thing, as if all that isnt enough, upon the executed contract, it took weeks for her to put the listing as pending and the only reason it changed was because I brought it to the brokers attention on my laundry list. This wasnt a pleasant experience and I have done many!We were supposed to close on like the 12th with Concierge Title (owners choice) but that didnt happen until like the 19th. To make matters even worse the HOA didnt receive the owners Feb payment that was itemized on the ALTA statement. Just last week (3/16/21 - 3/18/21) (over a month after closing) I had to make calls to Concierge and HOA -- back and forth --- like 6 overall. Finally after talking with a Concierge manager (just like I had to talk to KW assistant broker) I was told that the senior loan officer failed to send in the proper amount of money. Had I not stayed on top of it and made sure my payments were applied correctly for March and April I would of got screwed out of $302.50. I know this part doesnt deal with Patricia but most of the time agents chose their title companies. So from start to finish this experience was trash!
Judy Bonnecaze was very pleasant to work with. I work for The Finger Companies and represent a building in Montrose and what I can say is Judy definitely wants the best for her clients. Works hard and I hope to have a continued relationship with her.
Made the mistake of engaging with a realtor, Anisa Hoxha from this location. Fell for her sales pitch and engaged her to list my home for lease. There was hardly any activity on the listing, lack of communication and poor service. The contract came to an end and the listing went down. There was no communication even after that. I had to send an email to request my house key and to get the lockbox removed. Specifically, asked the realtor to leave the key in a kitchen drawer and exit through the garage. After 4 days and escalation to the broker, I got a message that she left the house key under the doormat. Good realtors are hard to find, but such lack of professionalism is still rare. Extremely disappointed!!
John Anthony was extremely professional and great at meeting all our needs and wants. He was quick to respond and flexible with house viewings until we found the perfect house. Thank you!
Spoke with Patricia Brand she is very unprofessional, lack of communication, she lied to me and said that she sent the application and she did not. I called and left her several voicemails and texts messages with no response from her. I would not recommend her as a realtor or lack there of.
Had an awful experience with this location and their broker. Their agent was incredibly inexperienced and this ended up costing me over $3k. The way this office handled this situation after calling them for help was, in my opinion, very unprofessional.I was a tenant looking to rent a home and the landlord hired Keller Williams Memorial to assist with the lease. The agent wrote up the lease so my security deposit would be the equivalent of 2 months rent. In an email their agent broke down the security deposit to be written in two checks. One would be applied towards my last months rent and the other would be noted as a security deposit, to be made out to Keller WIlliams. This was all in writing from the agent.A security deposit is supposed to be returned at the end of the lease but in this case when my lease was up, I was informed this money would not be returned. In reviewing with the broker at this location he was cooperative at first. He acknowledged that the agent had made a mistake and my security deposit was applied towards the commission on the rental, something the landlord should have paid. He acknowledged the agent messed up and when I pointed out I shouldnt have to pay over $3k for a mistake his agent made he became less cooperative. He used some strange example about if a store mismarks a price on an item, the store isnt going to give you the item at that price because they made a mistake. Actually, its been my experience that most stores would give you the item at the price marked so it was unclear how that was relevant to my situation. The broker eventually told me that any further conversations would have to be with their lawyer. This was weeks ago and Ive heard nothing from anyone at Keller Williams Memorial since. After this experience I would never trust working with anyone at Keller Williams again. This was just a lease on a rental and they couldnt get that right. Cant even imagine trusting them to buy a home.
Keller Williams Memorial is not only the best place to work, it is also the best place to buy, sell or rent your property. The advantages are outstanding with top technology, training and resources. I am a proud Keller Williams Memorial agent. I have all I need to successfully help you with your real estate transactions.
I have been working at KW Memorial for 6years and I canβt imagine working anywhere else. The culture in this office is what first made me feel this company was home. There are classes almost daily where you can learn from other colleagues who are willing to give back and teach others their knowledge. Companies that come from contribution make a huge difference in the way you do business. Iβm so glad I made the choice to work at Keller Williams Memorial!
Brad Evans contacted us while we were scouring the internet for info on Houston neighborhoods. At first, we had every intention of using a personal friends realtor, but Brad impressed us so much with his expertise, knowledge, and communication skills that we decided he was our guy! We are from Austin and made two separate trips to the Houston area to house-shop. Brad was in touch multiple times leading up to these trips verifying our home search criteria and creating an itinerary in order to help us get the most out of each trip. He was very responsive and timely in his communication. We were also very impressed with his negotiation skills! Brad is an excellent realtor who listens to his clients, does thorough investigations on the homes of interest and is top-notch in contract and negotiation discussions. I would happily recommend him to anyone moving in Houston!
Erin Mahaney is the absolute best, I am so fortunate to have found Erin. She was very professional, down to earth, upfront about everything and very prompt and informative. From day 1 she was extremely responsive, cared about me being happy with my purchase, i never felt rushed or not important and as a first time home buyer i wanted this experience to be amazing and she made sure of it! Erin i just wanted to let the world know you have done an amazing job and stood up to your words. I am going to recommend your name to everyone i know who is interested to buy/sell a home. Thank you for exceeding my expectations, it was an absolute pleasure to work with you!!Keller Williams you knew what you were doing bringing Erin on board, shes amazing!! :)
Itβs been a pleasure working with Keller Williams and their agents here at Post Oak at Woodway. They are very professional and know what they are doing. Their clients are always happy. I look forward to keep working with them in the future.
KW Memorial is amazing! The support from staff (there to make every agent successful) and the agents that support each other in such a collaborative environment, combined with the tools and technology the office offers, make it the only choice! Iβm fortunate to have joined the KW Memorial team!
KWM is great for new and experienced agents alike! Tons of training, classes, coaching programs and a lot more. Very impressive! Not all KW offices are created equal as they are individually owned. I simply havent heard as many good things about other KW offices compared to this one. Great job!
Theyβre really helpful .
Horrible agent. The experience was just horrid. They connected me with a new agent that did not know her way around town and did not know how to use various lock boxes. She did not know how the lease process worked and coat me four weeks of fruitless searching and four weeks of needless hotel expense. I contacted Keller Williams Clear Lake and was connected with a great and amazing experienced agent who showed me multiple properties outside of her usual area as we were moving from out of state to the energy corridor. She had us in a home in short time.STAY AWAY FROM THIS KELLER WILLIAMS OFFICE. WHEN I FIRED THE AGENT I COULD NOT EVEN GET A BROKER TO CALL ME BACK.
Itβs an energy place to work with good vibes!! Especially because people are willing to give you a hand when you ask.The coaching program is awesome!! πππ»
My experience with KWM has been so rewarding. Every person has a smiling face and the best part is the collaboration with other agents, new and seasoned. The staff, the coaching, the admins, all will above and beyond to assist with any questions and concerns.
Fantastic and focused leadership, professional and helpful staff, knowledgeable coaches - an entire office committed to helping agents succeed. Keller Williams Memorial has an amazing, positive culture and I am proud to work here.
Great place to work, amazing vibe. Lot of classes, help and experienced people! Always open to give the best they have!
Did not appreciate false advertising on listing provided by one of their realtors. Also didnβt appreciate making an offer and sellers accepting only for the realtor to say βwell we have other offersβ. Well then, you shouldnβt have accepted ours! Poor sales tactics and really just overall not impressed. Wouldnβt recommend if you are looking for thorough and quality work.
So glad I joined this wonderful organization. The leadership, culture, family values and technology support makes this an amazing place to realize my full business potential!
Thank you for trusting us your clients at The Village at West University
Throughout early 2017, my partner and I made plans to relocate from Ohio to Houston Texas. A relocation company provided us with our realtor, Benjamin Blewitt, a realtor for KW Memorial. Being first time home buyers, it was really important to us to feel comfortable during the whole process. Ben included us in group texts after we had decided on our home to choose our home warranty company, which he had explained was going to be paid for by the seller of the home. βGreatβ we thought, and chose our company. At closing we sat down with the Title Agent and Ben and began signing the pages upon pages of documents. Three months into home ownership, our AC system required full replacement. We thought back to the home warranty and I pulled the pamphlet from our closing documents to call. On the phone with the home warranty company from the pamphlet, they told me we did in fact NOT have a home warranty with them. Being the summer, we did not have time to think about what home warranty or if we had one to begin with and had to pay $10,000 of our own money to fund the replacement.Going through the closing paperwork and documentation at a later date, I found that the home warranty company, which would have replaced our ac system, was a different company than not only the one we chose (which I have documented) but also different from the home warranty pamphlet provided to us at closing. Our closing documents show one home warranty company on one page and a different company on another. While we reviewed the closing documents, we did not see the change in such voluminous document, nor was it pointed out to us. I contacted our actual home warranty company after the fact, and not surprisingly they will not honor our claim, despite the circumstances.I contacted Ben to tell him how upset I was and how I felt misled as a consumer. He would not take any blame for any of the actions. I told him I was recommended to take legal action, which I since have. My attorney sent Ben a letter of intent with no response, so Iβm hoping to receive what I have been seeking; a resolution for the money and time his negligence has caused.
I am giving 1 star because i cant leave a review without one. I was referred to Mr Butler by a person that worked there for 25yrs. He claimed that he was a commercial real estate specialist and it was not his 1st rodeo more than once. He never fielded all the enquiries that he received and forced the contract just before his term expired. He didnt check the contract properly before he asked me to sign it. He was also lacking in the proper procedure to conduct a commercial property sale. When the s**t started to hit the fan thats when he told me to contact a real estate attorney and took me to one, thats where I realized he tried to screw me again when they offered to buy the note from me when the made me a ridiculous offer. Butler is a crook and a shyster, he should not be in the in business. The TREC is also like the fox guarding the hen house. What a scam.
I reached out to Daniel Dominguez about a listing he advertised on Facebook. He immediately said it was just leased and tried to sell me on a different property. None of which look anything close to what he advertised. He expects clients to then look at hundreds of properties on their own to find one they like even after knowing what they are looking for.I asked multiple times to just see the listing for the one that was just leased but he failed to show me.Its a shame they still use bait and switch to try to get clients and a bigger shame the broker supports/encourages this.
I wish I could leave a negative star review! This was absolutely the WORST experience ever. Sign in the yard said to contact Ada Wang. I did, she showed the house on a Saturday saying if I was interested to send a text... I did... she left with NO communication to vacation π. After calling and emailing her assistant finally reached out to me asking me to do a Smart Move app and leasing app... I did... time goes by, nothing.... I reached out several times and the communication finally ceased. fees havent been refunded or ANYTHING. UNPROFESSIONAL! No communication whatsoever....
I had an awful experience. I scheduled for a home showing the realtor didnβt show up up for the appointment. I contacted the listen agent. He was no help at at all. He was laughing on the phone and being rude. He wasnβt helpful at all. I was trying to schedule another showing with him and he wouldnβt schedule it.
The best agents in the industry, especially the Houston Properties Team with Paige Martin!
I am extremely pleased with my new condo in Houston. Lindy Chappell is amazing. I cant thank you enough for all the hard work, dedication and the time you spent helping me. Lindy, you made it very easy for me I to get the home, you did all the work for me, and I very much appreciate it. Lindy offered excellent advice, answered every question and helped me make informed decisions. Lindy was a pleasure to have as my real estate agent. Lindy never left any questions unanswered and always responded promptly. Lindy always had a smile and was so quick to respond and get the job done. She deserves the highest praise. Keller Williams has the BEST employee. I will definitely be referring my family, coworkers, and friends to Lindy Chappell. She is the greatest; She is the BEST!!!!
Im the community manager at The Post Oak at Woodway. The Keller Williams agents have been so professional, and extremely helpful with their clients. Weve worked with Joe Cano many times, and has always been such a pleasure to do business with. Definitely first class service all the way!
I would love to thank my realtor Tiera Carrington for helping me find the homeOf my dreams she was so patient and kind and very knowledgeable she went above and beyond for me and my family finding out forever home I would definitely refer her to anyone out there looking for their next home or business
Because of all of the continuous training that Keller Williams Memorial provides, it is the best agency for agents to start and grow their real estate sales business. For experience agents, Keller Williams Memorial is the best agency in which to expand their businesses.
Called listing agent twice to view 6304 Pickens listing. Paige never returned the phone calls. Called the office and they handed me off to her assistant who leaves a detailed message that she isnt available but text her. She doesnt give her text number. Duh!!!
KW Memorial is a great place to learn, grow and have a lifestyle worth living!
I LOVE being a part of this office. It is a wonderful mix of great people, staff, training and resources
Great office and real estate brokerage.
Tierra Carrington was my agent for a single family home purchase. She is professional, courteous, polite, enthusiastic, ethical and possesses a high degree of integrity. She went above and beyond what was expected. She is a great communicator and kept me up to date throughout the purchase process. After the purchase, Tierra acted as my leasing agent for the same property and found me a well qualified tenant at my full asking price. You need to select Tierra as your agent, whether buying, selling or leasing. You wont be disappointed.
The agents at this establishment have always been nothing but courteous and professional every time I have worked with any of them. I am a leasing agent at the Grove at Wilcrest, a Finger development and I am overjoyed when I meet any new agent from Keller Williams Memorial as I know they will work harder than anyone to find their prospects a new home or apartment. Definite FIVE STAR COMPANY!!!
I would not recommend this team. My listing was not secured after showings. Maintenance issues in the property were not reported to me the owner. Property value was constantly down graded.
My first time ever using a realtor and it was awful. Never. Ever. Work with Jennifer Arnold. She is snotty, rude & all of the above and if you contact her she will act as if you are bothering her.The whole process was a disaster. Attitudes for no reason and was always late or she would reschedule you.Run!!! Do not use Jennifer she shouldnβt work with the public!
Worst experience ever! I contacted a relator agent that works for Keller Williams to purchase a home. All Gerald Gonzalez did was take my money(10k) and never contacted me again. Ive been calling him trying to reach him and no responds has been given. Do not do buisness with him!!!!!
In my 15yrs in Real Estate, I have not encountered a more professional/incredible office!
Great place to Learn!, great culture you dont want to Leave!
Excellent team here and always take care of their clients. Thank you for bringing your clients to Memorial Creole and The Finger Companies properties over the years.
Great training here, as their team always takes care of their customers.Thank you for bringing your clients to The Grove at Wilcrest and other Finger Companies Developments.
Had a good experience with one of the agents here, Anthony B, and the office staff was very nice when I went in twice, as well.
Keller Williams has always be an amazing company.. but some of the newest members to the team are not friendly nor is helpful. I called once about a listing that I was referred to by someone I knew through champions school of real estate her name was (Shalley) or MO LEE. Beware of this horrible-unprofessional. She will Single-handedly ruin the name of keller Williams reputation. She will threaten you & if you donβt go through with her opinion. She will threaten you to watch your back & that Her βposseβ will come after you.... (she claims through text at 3:00AM) *proof sent to lawyer*BEWARE!!!!
Have had a great experience every time we visit the office. Very friendly and responsive.
Contact them if you wish to be harassed by calls and texts daily. this has happened since last week and i have told them to stop and advised them, i did not give out information and i am not interested. i write this to caution others and because they have been untruthful when it comes to taking my information off a list.if this company removes my information, and doesnt contact me, i will remove this review.
NEVER go with the agent Diana ClarkShes rude disrespectful and a complete liar. Not to mention she bad mouths you when you dont do everything she says.Stay away from her
Meet a amazing realtor there Mr.Grigsby and helped me find my home
Turned in a bid to purchase a home to Debi Moore, under this agency, the agent and the office staff played us while apparently chasing the price up on the home, was overprices compared to recent sales in the neighborhood, ask the broker Mike Bossart to get involved, he said she was out sick,at one point saying they feared she had died.15 days into it today they send an email wanting to know if we are still interested, we are but now things have changed as we are preparing to file a formal complaint with TREC on the ethics at this KW location and the agent and broker involved.very unsatisfied with them. here in Houston TX
Ill be able to join KW soon!!!
Poor service. Bad agents...like Gustavo delgado..actually you dont need them...
Paige never returned my phone calls or emails and the staff was very rude I would never treat people like they do please do not waste your time with this company
Great company to work with.
Dennis sends spam emails without approval or requests for information
Best place to grow as a professional.
Great company to do business with and to work for!
Great agents!
The Team is awesome, knowledgeable and friendly.
Great place for real estate
Wesley is the worst realtor you can work it, unprofessional
They are good people
Complete waste of time.
Excellent attention
