The house was the worst looking house in the subdivision in Bear Creek. They not only followed my design elements but uniquely applied their spin on it. Voila! It was the prettiest house in the hood. I was impressed with how the work came together, their finish, their determination, to overcome obstacles, creativity, and especially that the house sold for more than any other house in the subdivision. Looking forward to working with them again. Also fun to work with too.

Mark Hammer rehabbed my house which was the worst looking house, a total dump in the neighborhood and made it the prettiest house in Spring Branch, Houston, Texas.The best thing is that when his sub-contractors didnt show or didnt know what to do, he would step in and do the work fast and good. Thats what I like are people that keep their word when they say they are going to do stuff. After 5 years his work is still holding strong and looks good. His design choices are still up to date. My next house, I will call him and his team.
