Our firm contracted with Duces Tecum to effect service on a person who was scheduled to attend a convention in the Dallas area. The server located the individual in the convention and accomplished personal service. Donnie and Ernie were both professional and responsive. We will use them again should the need arise.

Cynthia Kinnamon was a process server for this company. She illegally served papers in Texas to the door of my daughter in laws house under the advise from an attorney from Idaho. It is ILLEGAL in Idaho and Texas to serve court documents by leaving them on a door of a residence that you have never made contact with the person being served. Alternative service is required in Texas. I filed against her with JBCC-Texas and they dismissed the case stating Idaho is the state of jurisdiction (which makes no sense to me how Idaho could sanction a Texas process server). Ms. Kinnamon is lucky that Idaho is a very backwards state and doesnt have an certifications for process serving; otherwise I would have filed a complaint against her in Idaho. If you want a person that will get the job done..shes it. If you want a process server to legally provide service than shes not it. My case was dismissed in Idaho for ILLEGAL SERVICE!!!!!!!!! Shame on you Ms. Kinnamon for you got damn lucky!
