Had a cracked rim and they repaired it now it’s like new no more air leaking or nothing

I recommend taking your wheels to Mario, he runs a stand up business. Brought my wheels in for a clean up and repair and a fresh, custom powder coat.He understood the scope of the project, communicated through the process, and made sure the wheels were finished to satisfaction and cleanly installed in the end. We had a few hiccups along the way but Mario never hesitated to take responsibility and smooth things out.Will be a return customer.

Has some rims repaired by them. They don’t do good work. They had my rims for a week an a half after the week and a half I called them one time to get an update or to see if they where done they told me they would be done by the end of the day. I call them 30 mins before they were about to closed and than they tell me they need another day. What a load of bull had me wasting my time waiting on them to just get let downI told them not to weld on the outside only the inside an they still weld on the outside. They told me it had be welded in the inside already which was a lie the rim was a year old an this was the first time I had any work done on it.The welds they did on my rim look horrible they didn’t even try to grind them down or nothing to make them look presentable. They use black spray paint to cover the weld, and got a lot of the paint on my spoke which made the rim look even worst. They are just sloppy an don’t put no effort in to there work. I do not recommend their services

Took my husbands rim to get fixed after he hit a curb. The work is so impeccable that you cant even tell where the damage was! Beautiful job! Looks like new! Super great service and totally reasonable on the price! I recommend anyone with this issue to NOT waste time and money and bring your business here!

This guys are great ! I let my girlfriend borrow my car for 2 months . She must have Curbed checked every corner in Houston and every pothole around. My rims looked horrible. This guys brought them back to life . My rims look like new . Like nothing ever happened. Make sure you call Mario, great customer service will definitely take care of you . He fixed my rims in a day .

I took my car in for a rim repair after hitting a massive pothole. They were able to get me back on the road safely in as little as 1 hour. They seemed to all be on lunch break at time of arrival but started back to work promptly after, I suggest calling ahead. The cost was as expected and better than the price of a new rim. Not much of a waiting area but the staff was accommodating and professional.

PLEASE READ ALL OF REVIEW. I had (4) 22s that needed work the young lady at counter told me $650 to power coat and machine back to OEM and that it would take 2-3 days to complete.DAY 5 no call from RRH so I went to pick them up and they said the powerd coat machine was messed up and they had to redo rims again. It will take 2 todays said Mario OK NP I say. 3 days later I go back again to pick up my rims they seem to look good I took them into the sun and they had missed some spots on one of the rims I said ok how long to fix 1 Rim Mario said pick up the next Day. I AGREED.. 3 DAYS LATER RIMS FINALLY LOOK DONE.. Mario is a nice guy and said let us mount and Balance your new tires for all the inconvenience. I said ok thanks. That being said the next day on the highway front end bouncing like crazy. And TPMS sensors flashing. I TOOK IT BACK ONCE AGAIN. Mario said they are the incorrect sensors I said Ok thanks for the heads up. HE RECOMMENDED ME TO American Tire and Rims to get TPMS sensors replaced. The pics you see are from when American Wheel and Tires removed And I looked to see if a wheel weight feel off nope but paint is scratched Off not power coated..oh yeah and they showed me that (2) wheel are still WOW.. yeah Wow.. Nice people but bad workmanship. I will reach out to the owner and I Will update this review if need be..

I took my cracked and dented rim in for a repair. Mario was really nice and professional, and the turn around time was amazing. I dropped it off at 9am on a Saturday, and by 11:30 it was ready for pick up. The price could not be beat, especially for same day turnaround. They mounted my repaired rim & tire and even reinstalled my spare under my truck. Would definitely recommend and will use again

Very happy with the work that we had done at Rim Repair Houston. Purchased used rims with some damage, to say they just fixed the damage on the rims is an understatement. The rims came out looking like new. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. They had the work done and rims put on the car quickly. Would personally take rims back to Rim Repair Houston and would recommend you taking your rims to them as well.

They work clean very reasonable and most of all they keep their word.....

I went here to get my 2020 hyundai elantra wheel fixed. They did an amazing job, balanced the wheel again and aired it up for me also. If I ever have problems with a wheel again I will definitely come here

I was so happy to have found this gem in the mist of being told by the dealer it would be $1500.00 to fix my wheels. After reading all the great reviews I kept seeing on google and yelp I decided to give Mario and his team a try. I called and spoke with Mario the owner and told him what was going on and he told me to send him some pictures which is what I did. He then gave me my options on what he could do. He suggested refinishing the wheels which would restore them back to factory OEM quality due to the deep Scratches I had from hitting the curb😞. I was in agreement with whatever he suggested so I scheduled a time to drop the car off. When I got to the shop I was greeted by Mario who walked out to the car with me looking at the wheels and verified that that would be the best option! I was again very trusting of his judgement and left my car. He said he only needed one entire day with the car. Price was $300.00 for both to be refinished to OEM quality. I was very pleased with the price. Fast forward to when I went to get my car. I couldn’t believe what I was seeing my car rims looked impeccable like brand new! Mario and his guys are excellent and what they do! I will definitely be back but hopefully not too soon lol I was so heart broken when I hit That curb in my BMW 535i M Sport. All I can say is thanks Mario and your crew! Not only did you save me money you did beyond an Excellent Job!!

Dont come here. Had a horrible experience and outcome on the repair.Heres why, Monday I hit a hole driving home from work on highway 59. Saw a dent/bend in the exterior part of the wheel only. Mind you I have no curb rashes or any kind paint problems, and was driving highway speeds with 245/35/19 tires on. Drove to this place the same day, Rim Repair Houston, with its 4 star reviews credentials . The manager/sales gave me a quote of $85, which isnt bad at all compared to buying a new wheel, fixing this bent wheel and making it a spare.The manager said to come and bring it Tuesday morning (9am) and gave me a promising estimated time of 4 1/2 hours and maybe a little longer. I was kind of surprised on how short on the estimated time he gave me, but I believed him since I had no exp. on wheel repairs and had no say into it.I dropped off my wheel with my tire. Timed 4 1/2 hours on my phone. The manger said that he would give me a call when it would be ready. The 4 1/2 hours passed, no call, 5 hour mark, no call, 6 hour mark, no call, 7 hour mark, no call. I get dropped off at 5 pm since they were going to close at 6pm. Walked through the doors, the lady said my wheel was ready, I had paid, sat down. Lady comes back and asks if I had a tire come with the wheel. I said yes... and then she goes back to the workshop/garage. Comes back and tells me that my wheel wouldnt be ready today. I asked what the reason was.. and she said that the manager/sales didnt write that the wheel came with the tire in the report.. and once they tried to put back the tire, the paint got scratched and peeled.. so Id had to wait another day.How lucky is that.. and I had already paid.So now I had no car for work the next day. I Come back the next day, got a quick look on wheel, then I drive home. 2 days later I was able to really wipe and clean the wheels. I stumble across this peeling paint, and scratched up paint from the balancing that they had done.1. Promises to call. no call2. No where close to estimated time. from 4 1/2 hours to 2 days.3. Peeling paint.4. 3/10 paint job.5. scratched spoke from repair (didnt see it until i cleaned it_Ill be going Yelp also and will leave the same review, to save everyone from a horrible 1 star experience. GO to another wheel repair shop.

RRH - wheel had a bend and crack. RRH was able to straighten and weld crack for half of what new rim would have cost. Same day service too! Mario gave on the spot pricing and walked me trough the repair process. I’d hate to have to come see them again but know the problem will be corrected. Thanks RRH!

Great place, Mario took me as a walk-in and took care of me immediately. You can tell they were busy but got me done in quickly.

Caliper paints do not trust this store, they can confuse your car. I call Mario and send messages and pictures, but he never answers my call.

Rim Repair Houston is hands down the best rim repair shop in Texas. I have taken 4 cars of mine to these guys and they go over and beyond to meet my expectations! I have never been treated so respectfully and I greatly appreciate it! I was in contact with them the whole time and they gave me updates periodically and absolutely had me in the loop! I will be taking every car or truck I own to these guys for A1 service. I highly recommend and there also going to be doing my golf cart very soon!!!

This is the only place I trust with my car without a doubt I tell the tow truck driver take me to Rim Repair Houston!Unfortunately I had to use Rim Repair Houston back to back. I hit a huge pothole Monday on my way home from work I was alone no jack my husband was off but my car was in the shop getting a repair done so I was stranded. I called rim repair asking if they had Mobil service ... their driver was too far at the time and would not have made it to me before 6. Their manager Mario was very kind and offered to come to me remove the tire and put a spare unfortunately due to not having a key for the rim I had no choice but to tow it to the shop.The next day on my way to work I got out my car and heard a hissing sound I tried to add air but was unable apparently the pothole i hit the day before had effected both tires but the rear one was worse and the front tire lasted another day. Since I had drove on the front tire longer with the bend my tire threading was bad and I needed to be replaced. I towed it again to Rim Repair Houston. Mario gave me a small discount and also found an affordable tire for me. Thanks to Rim Repair Houston for there great customer service and affordable pricing. They made this unfortunate event a smooth process.

These are some honest guys. I went in to get what I thought was a couple of cracked rims repaired but they later called and told me that my rims are fine but my tires have slow leaks. Im definitely a return customer. Will tell friends and coworkers.

Absolutely excellent service. If youre looking for a place that will have your rim fixed before 24/48 hours this is your place. Their wait time is between 1 to 3 hours fastest time Ive seen thus far. Give them a call and ask for Mario or Veronica they will take care of you.

Customer service is good, they did a good job repairing a bent rim we had but would not recommend for powder coating or repairing painted rims. They never cleaned the rim, powder coating rubbing off, painted my tire, used a matte finish paint on my polish paint rims, didn’t cover the whole area that was needed, painted over dirt that was on the rim so the finish isn’t smooth and is rough like sandpaper. Told me if I didn’t like the results that I’d have to pay for a whole refinish on my rim. Rims worse now than before it went in.

They were great, super fast. Very welcoming and price wad very affordable. I had a bent and very bad crack In my rim and they took care of it in about 2 hours. I give 4 stars because they give a free inspection which is great but when they came back to tell me how much it was gonna cost and what they had to do before I can give them a answer they had already started the job so I had no choice but to get the job done there. Phenomenal customer service. I brought in my car to repair a rim after my tire shop told me it was bent and they couldn’t balance it. I dropped off my car and a little later I got a call from them saying my rim was perfect and undamaged.. I asked them to check all of them to be sure and they said they were all like new. Any other shop would have taken the $150+ to “repair” a rim and sent me on my way, considering I had already signed the work order agreeing to pay for the service. Instead, they balanced and mounted my tires, charged me $10 for the inspection, and I was ready to go.Rim Repair Houston, you have my business for life. Thank you for being an honest business with a ton of integrity. I will recommend you to ANYONE who has issues with their wheels, ever. The old customer service saying goes “someone with a good experience will tell 3 people, while someone with a bad experience will tell 10”. Price for the work done is perfect, had a single wheel curb rashed, black wheel so very noticeable, and in about 3-4 hours had it looking as if it never happened, definitely need to set an appointment though, good work means plenty busy.

Mario at Rim Repair Houston (RRH) black powder dipped my factory 2017 Explorer Sport. They even bought some grey Ford logos and put them on the center caps and clear coated over it. Looks so good. I had scraped my front right rim. Took it to Mario at RRH and did an amazing job. Cant even tell anything happened to it. Highly recommend RRH and ask for Mario. Hes the man!!!!

Had my wheels powder coated here. Took a little over a day because some of the coating started to lift, but i was just happy that they fixed their own mistake. Remember every shop has problems and run into snags.

I visited Rim Repair Houston after hitting a large pothole that resulted in my rim being bent. The dealership wanted to charge me a ridiculous amount of money to replace the rim. Im glad I Googled rim repairs in my area. Mario was the representative that help me and he had beyond excellent customer service. My daughter cracked one of her rims, yes we priced shopped. But when looking up rim repair these guys are the first you see, called they had us bring her car, soon as we walked in we were greeted and you could tell they knew what they were doing, I was so very impressed with the customer service, but then they fixed the tire WOW! WE cant even tell where the crack was, I will forever bring all my vehicles to Mario he such a fair and honest man. I cant say enough about this company. I took my Corolla in for a repair of a cracked wheel . Mario was professional, quick to give me a quote, and promised the repair be done in 2 hours. An 1 1/2 later the wheel was fixed and for the total fee of $125 I received 3 months warranty. I would definitely use this shop again.

Best place ever they did take a little time. Even around lunch time they offered to take me somewhere to get food while they worked on my car. Definitely wont be recommending this place. Customer service and timeliness is horrible. It started with a message on facebook asking for a quote. They responding asking for information. When I provided the information, they never responded. Against my better judgement, I took the rims in for a quote. I talked to the manager (Mario) about what I wanted. He assured me it could be done and gave me a price. I then filled out this information form with basic information about me and the job being perform. That was Fri, May 1st. He assured me that everything would be completed and ready to pickup on Tues, May 5th. I didnt tell him it was a rush job or I needed it done ASAP. That was the date he gave me. So when Tues, May 5th came around, I called about 3:00 pm to ask if the job was complete. The receptionist didnt have a clue about my job. When she finally passed me to Mario after about 20 mins of waiting on the phone, he didnt have a clue either. About 15 mins of digging and having to explain the job again, he told me that they would start the job immediately. On Wed, May 6th I was texted to get the color code and information about my car. He told me I could come by to make sure the color was right. After work, I went and gave them the go ahead to complete the project. I also told him that I needed the job complete by Fri because I had to get the rims mounted on Sat. Finally I went by Fri and picked the rims up. The center caps was not ready. Mario then told me that they would be ready on Sat if I wanted to swing through and pick them up. I told him Id just get them Monday on my way from work. He said okay. So on Mon May 11th, I went by at about 5:15 pm to pick up the center caps. To my surprise they still werent ready. The receptionist said that they was at a place called Redline and shed go pick them up 1 thing in the morning on Tues May 12th. I skipped a day and went back on Wed May 13th. To my surprise, they still werent ready. After a semi argument with the manager Mario, he explained that he never told me that they were ready for pickup. But he was the one giving me all of these false completion dates. He also said that he was so overwhelmed with orders. So basically my business was not important to them. I finally took my unfinished center caps and left. I would have asked for a refund but the receipt was not itemized to show the different prices for the work that was supposed to be done. Bottom line is unless you have a month to get a job done, do not use Rim Repair Houston. I paid for a incomplete job that was well over a week behind the the promised date of delivery. The kicker was that he said hed paint the center caps and theyd be ready for the next day. My question is why wouldnt he paint the center caps when he painted the rest of the rim? Horrible customer service and lack of professionalism.

I fell victim to the recent ice on the road and hit a curb which took a chunk out of my rim. Took it to the Rim Repair Houston shop and as if it was magic they repaired it within a day. I thought I lost the rim completely but they came through in a very big way. If you need a rim repaired for any reason please bring it to the Rim Repair Houston shop and have it done right. Have had two sets of wheels reconditioned by them and they definitely exceeded my expectations each time.

I messed up my rims really bad and they got them fixed a very good time and for a super good price. Repaired my wheel with a minor to medium level dings I got from potholes. Did it at a good price and it only took around an hour!

I had an aftermarket wheel repaired here, there was a 2 inch crack on the inner lip. While the crack is fixed the workmanship is sub par and the buisness was handled poorly. I received a quote over the phone, and when getting to the shop the quoted price almost doubled without even looking at the wheel. I had to call them after a week of no response. When picking up and Inspecting the weld, it was not cleaned up and looked poor for a wheel repair shop. Then I was told the price would be double the second quote. They did honor the second quote after some talking and the weld has held but I would not reccomend this shop based on my experience.

Thank you so much to everyone at RRH Rim repair! I had to come to town to pick up a car to drive back to VA, and had problems with one of my tires. They helped me get everything fixed, and didn’t charge me anything! As a female, I always worry about being taken advantage of because I know nothing about cars. But they were honest, and took care of me!

I got my 2018 Durango R/T rims powder coated extra gloss black and they look amazing and I am extremely happy with how they turned out. The guys at Rim Repair Houston do quality work at reasonable price. Im going back to get other small details painted on my car when the time comes.
