I reached out to Allied in attempt to move my business over to them. There was an initial conversation which they seemed interested in doing business with us. I even had samples dropped of to be coated. I sent an email containing details for products to be quoted and followed up 4 or 5 times via email with absolutely 0 response over 4 week time frame. I called one last time and spoke to someone different, explained the situation. I told him who we were currently using which he instantly had something negative to say about their competition, said he would pass the message over, and still hear nothing back. At the very least, their competition is responsive. Also, never received the samples I sent over to see their quality. Disappointing really. Guess I will just keep my business with their competitor.

I had many pieces of outdoor furniture redone with Allied Powder Coating last year and the quality is exceptional. The pick up and delivery were great with their communication. I had an issue with one table top and they immediately picked it back up and re did at no charge including another trip to deliver.

They did a beautiful job redoing my patio furniture and then built and powder coated new fence and gate. There was change in sales person during process and fence came back too far apart but they took it back, redid it and redelivered.Its not what happens when everything goes right, its how they handled it when things didnt go quite as planned. I never even had to get angry, they stayed both responsible and responsive and I would absolutely use them again and highly recommend them to others.

Highly recommend! Allied powder coated an outdoor fire wood rack for me and it turned out amazing. It was a custom color and the turn around time was great. So happy they could replace the light coating it came with so it will last longer.

I spent over $1300 to get my patio furniture powder coated. While their actual powder coating is beautiful, it is their customer service that is lacking. They ruined one of the rings needed to re-hang my swing. They also did not re-attach some parts to a bench. I called several times to inquire about the ring, and was told that new rings were on order. Now another month has gone by, and no word, and they do not return my calls. So, what could have been a rave review, is left at 2 stars for the poor treatment that I received. I doubt seriously that I will be a return customer. * The photo shows a ring that I purchased, and later spray painted.

Great service so far. Person that came out to look at and give us a price was on time, friendly and knew his business. The guys that came out to pick up our furniture were on time, polite and friendly. Pretty darn impressed so far.

We were told 8 Days by the inspector that my metal gates would be powder coated and that they would call us with updates. Its going on 3 weeks now with no updates. I attempted to get in contact with the inspector, but the Main office gave me the run around. Leaving me on hold While she checked the files for our paper work. The Assistant couldnt find my gates. So I told her the inspectors name ( Sales Rep ) She said he would get in contact with me ASAP.Its now 5 Days later, no word from the Sales Rep or the company.

They did a great job on my wheels. I was looking for a custom pearl mix and after a few test pieces they came up with exactly the color I wanted. It came out amazing!

Bad works and they have there mind complete close and they always blame other works and they dont give people chance when they hire new people and get fire and bad servers for them cant fix there problems and they cant never change :D

This is the second time I have had Allied refinish two patio sets for my backyard (the first time was over 15 years ago, and they LASTED!), and I couldnt be more pleased. James came right to my home for the initial consult - he was friendly and professional, and made the whole experience very easy for me. I am thrilled with the finished product, which I got in a timely fashion. Pickup and delivery was easy and convenient, and I wouldnt hesitate to recommend or use Allied again.

I recently had an interior metal table base and four chairs done at Allied Powder coating and am thrilled with the final product!! From the minute I walked in I was greeted by Giuliana who assisted me with color selection and Brittney assisted with pricing; They were both very helpful and professional! The entire staff, including the guys in the shop who helped me load the furniture, were very kind and helpful! I am extremely happy with the final product and would recommend APC without any hesitation.

We had 2 table and chair sets coated along with a few odd pieces. We are very pleased with our experience not only with the sales person and the scheduler but with the finished product. One of the sets had to have new fabric for the chairs and they look great as well. We could not be happier.

Today I received my 28 year old patio furniture that my mother gave me as one of my wedding gifts. It looks like new, it feels like new!! I LOVE IT. Thank you Allied Powder Coating, you rescued lots of nice memories.

A month. Thats how long it is to powder coat a small patio set. The price is high but if it done right then it is worth it. That was an if that they could not deliver. Speaking of delivery, you will pay a small fortune for them to get the patio set to there facility, only to be returned poorly done and with a bent leg. Find another place to do business with, a better one, one that can deliver on its promise, and before summer is over. I will never do any business with them again.

Would not recommend! They picked up a table base and 8 chairs almost 10 weeks ago and want us to wait another week. Was told 4 weeks when the items were picked up.

Very disappointed with Allied Powder Coating customer service and warranty. We had a patio table and chairs coated about 4 years ago ($2500). The coating started To chip off of table and several chairs so we called for warranty information. After many back and forth emails and photos, I was told that the warranty was only for 12 months and that the problem with my furniture was corrosion creep caused by punctures in the finish. In other words, its my fault their product didnt stand up. I would have expected much more from a reputable company given what we paid for the work and we will not recommend APC to others.

APC refinished our patio furniture 2 times in the last 15 years. Total cost for the combined jobs was approximately $5500.The 1st recoat lasted about 12 years before noticing rust. Several of the welds began to fail due to rust in 8 years. The odd thing is the rust occurred under the coating which indicates poor preparation. Regardless, we felt the value was good enough to have it done again.The 2nd recoat, which was much more expensive, began to rust in about 18 months but no metal failures have occurred as of yet.We have come to the conclusion that it is best to simply replace the furniture after 1 recoat as it must be too difficult to properly prep it once APC’s coating has been applied.

Sent 12 pieces to be done. 11 returned. Quality is good, but still missing a chair and no contact with company.

In mid-September, I asked Allied Powder Coating they could remove rust and recoat my four foot outdoor metal sculpture/fountain. They did a nice job arranging to pick it up, completed work in a few weeks, and delivered it back to our home in a relatively efficient manner. Their work on the fountain was good not great. Evidently, they try to get off as much rust as possible, but there is no attempt to repair any damage caused by the rust, therefore some of the fountain surfaces were not smooth.HOWEVER, after several weeks rust began to appear on my newly coated sculpture fountain. At six weeks, I asked them what to do. Initially, they told me to use a product named Simple Green which did no good. At my next call, they asked for pictures. After I sent pictures that showed considerable spreading rust at 8 weeks after their work was done, they stopped answering all emails. Very unhappy with Allied Powder Coating.

Bad customer service first u has to go at front to the office than may god be with you....u own your own..here no direccion where to get ur stuff they just say go next shop them next shop till u go around the block u may have find your destination...bad service

Allied Powder Coating USED TO BE great. Now it has gone down the tubes !!! Talk about a rip off and waste of time??! Do not bother trying to understand why they have doubled their prices and their turn around time. They have hired plenty of new sales people and no one has a clue what is going on. I have used them for over 10 years at around 1500/month but will take my bizz elsewhere. We have always had a shop minimum fee of 215 and now they are saying 485 for the same thing???? SEE YA!!!!!! LOUSY LOUSY SERVICE ( try spectrum or texas powder coat, they know what customer service means!!!) :-(((

Took them two weeks to have my parts ready. After making 4 different trips 3 of them a waste of time due to parts not being ready and painted wrong, the 4th time I went to pick up the parts that were painted wrong only to find out they never even put them in the system handing them back to me as I had left them with scratches and dents. Save your money go somewhere else. This place is so bad.

Powder coat started peeling off months after. Called and they told me the warranty expired. Dealt with customer service who indicated they had bad primer and switched vendors. So why is that my problem ??. Why doesnt allied re-due the job with the good primer. It appears this company doesnt stand behind their product.

AFTER dropping off my item that they said would be three days to complete, I called the next day to cancel and all of a sudden theres a $50 cancellation fee. Magically after wanting to cancel, my item was finished within one hour. No notice on the cancellation fee and nothing posted in their office. Hope the $139 dollars they made off of me will last them a long, long time, as I will never go back. Buyer beware......and did I mention the did a crappy job of sandblasting my item?
