If there is 0 star I will give them. They are very dishonest and wicked business people. My friend gave him his Toyota 2014 title to change, they agreed on a price and he was paid 60% of the total fee, my friend kept calling to inquire when the title will be ready for collection, after 8 weeks, Mr Imo have the audacity to tell my friend that his file in on his table and that he is yet to submit his work to DMV, he never did the job and now him and his wife are demanding the balance of the amount before they could change the title. Went there yesterday 10/26/2020, the wife was giving me millions of excuse and was sounding as if they are doing my friend a favor. Why do some Nigerians have a bad dubious dishonest business acumen. Reason why I will never refer anyone to him.

Wish there was better management. But its decent.
