The lady during the 11:00 am shift today was very unprofessional, had an attitude and was aggressive. She had no clue what she was doing. I provided her with all the information needed to make my payment and she still did not want to help. The place was empty and she did not want to help. I even called my mortgage lender to make sure I was giving her all the right information. He had to apologize on her behalf! I will not be coming back. This was a horrible experience and a waste of time.

I called for information on the types of check they could cash so I wouldnt drive there for no reason, and the lady that answered was very rude and dismissive of me. kept fast talking and trying too rush me off the phone. and just kept telling me you need to just come in sir. why would I call for information if i wanted too just come in?? very unprofessional & not informative or helpful at all.

Big shout outs to Ashley at the Greens Road location. I received a check exactly from Carmax and they gave her a hard time about depositing it and cash it here even though l had an account. She took the time to make some phone calls to her manager and they cleared it up the same day. As she stated, its been done before so whats the problem now? Thank you so much for all you have done.
