Not only has the treatment reduced my depression by 90% but I am also feeling much more hopeful and energetic. The very best part of this for me was how the staff treated me. They are considerate, kind, knowledgeable, and friendly. They made the whole experience so much more pleasant than I ever thought it would be. Fantastic service and welcoming personnel. After years of treatment for anxiety and depression, my daughter finally found relief through ketamine treatments. Her depression has eased. I’ve had multiple sessions for Ketamine treatments from PTSD/ Anxiety and most importantly for neuropathic pain, spinal injuries and more issues from accidents. None of my other clinics ever told me at the very end of my session that I wouldn’t get pain relief after I just spent a thousand dollars.Then I was told to come back and spend another thousand dollars to make it work after hearing it wouldn’t work, my family was confused by this, as the boosters have always worked at other companies in one session. They didn’t have the ability to correctly do the pain management treatment which I needed, not one doctor on site just an RN who didn’t stay in room it was a past EMT, a first. When I came in early I heard the nurse training the EMT for my session, he was brand new. RED FLAGS BUT I PAID (with a doctor in the pocket which means a phone).You must have qualified professionals doing pain treatment, period. If someone was in the room and actually watching my pain treatment that just didn’t start a job there then they would’ve been able to see that I wasn’t actually getting my pain managed, because I kept saying I’m still having pain in my shoulder I can still feel pain and in no other clinic I had pain past my first syringe ever like this.They were more worried about having to take my anxiety down than processing a pain treatment that would last me as long as all other companies was able to do. If I had to do it all over again I would’ve went back to the other company because I spent just as much money traveling in the end.First clinic to not call patient back and check on a patient the next day, especially since I’m having inability to sleep which is completely opposite of anything in any treatment in my past, plus my face has been bright red 2 days, as all hotel staff have witnessed. I called the main number 2 times, no care to call back. Still not sleeping, as I was before in pain before I showed up, or after past treatments.This is highly unusual. Even my ER boosters of just .9 to .2 mg I slept so good, this scares me.Search elsewhere, they’re going to want your money, not work to actually help patients like other companies. Yes, they seem friendly but I am experienced at this, and something is wrong here. Other companies want to keep you coming back and help you truly!!!Other issues I discussed prior to arrival to make sure no surprises on arrival was how they administered simple Lidocaine/Steroids / Benadryl/ Magnesium like the other clinics DID DO properly by a drip.Found this out after discussed by phone it would be done right and then after payment, let’s tell you what we don’t do that we promised over the phone, bad surprises.Not one CRNA on site, and other companies had at least on staff one CRNA or Doctor.I just spent $1000 for treatment. Yikes! Going back to WA where they have a rival company for sure. My neurology referral is from a Director of this Ketamine study through the East Coast. The neurologist is right, ketamine works, but you do need to have the right clinic. Big clue to anyone just starting, because this is your life and money!I need actually sleep, and pain management. Not 20 minute relief at the very end of 3 hr treatment! When the other companies say this must be done a certain way to get the pain relief, they aren’t joking. This is why it was heavily studied by top doctors on the East Coast. Even my very first, only 45 minute treatment at half the cost out of State, I felt amazing the next 24-48 hours and was sleeping normal and even happier following past the initial first ever treatment, compared to this. This clinic is very welcoming. I felt very safe during the entire process. The staff is very caring, and I felt like I was listened to and respected. Lisha is an exemplar of the nursing profession. If youre considering ketamine treatment, I cant recommend this facility enough.

I have dealt with TRD for 20+ years. I was able to try Spravato but had no success. With the treatments I have received here, it has been nothing but transformational in my life. This 1 ton weight Ive carried on my shoulders for two decades is slowly being lifted off. I feel normal and no medication I have tried which has been over two dozen have made any dent. This treatment is very real and I was at my giving up point. Lisha is great and listens to my ketamine talk without judgement. The treatment room is comfortable and inviting. Im a first responder and we dont do it for glory or money but they have a great program for us to have access to this life saving treatment. This review is my opinion but its an opinion of someone that has hope for the first time in 25 years. I will recommended this facility to anybody.

This is truly a caring and amazing facility. They take personalization of care to the highest level. I personally am involved with mediation. I was seeking a facility to help add to my treatment of depression among other things. Everyone from the doctors to Lisha, Bryan, Chera, and all staff involved take the time to listen and help care for you personally. Even the CEO and CFO! They explain the whole process in great detail and guide you along the way. I am currently in the middle of a treatment protocol and have never received such great, specialized care. For the first time I feel positive regarding an outcome. If you are looking for a treatment to help some of your symptoms which are described on the website, this is the place you should go to!
