I attended a wedding here a few weeks ago. The staff was helpful and friendly. The place was very clean even though this wedding took place during covid. They did check temp and every one had there mask 😷 on.

A well managed and maintained conference center in the City Centre area off I-10. Easy access, ample parking and many local restaurants to dine at in the area. The facility is new and well kept and the staff is friendly and accommodating. Many different rooms and sizes of ballrooms and event facilities.

I attended the Houston West Chamber of Commerces event, West Houston Economic Development Summit in January 2019. Ive was able 400 people that attended. The was 4 breakout seasons, a main hall for vendors and use of the large conference room. The place was organized, clean and prompt service. The lunch of steak, potatoes, green beans and cheese cake was on point. A fantastic event from an operation standpoint!1/24/2020: Went back for the West Houston Outlook 2020 conference. Great space. Good temperature in the breakout rooms and ballroom. Food was good. I enjoyed the pastries and juice. The chicken for lunch wasnt that great. Still recommend this place for conferences. We had about 320-350 people that attend.

This is the second time that I have worked for a corporate client at Norris Conference Center. I am an event photographer and love working here for many reasons. They have great lighting for portraits indoors, many areas for large group portraits, and some scenic views if you were having a wedding here.The staff is great and hard working! They are all very friendly and eager to meet your needs. They handled several room swap outs and a large lunch very efficiently. I had a stuff chicken lunch that hit the spot with some seasonal vegetables. I also love their coffee and drank several cups.I could see this venue being a great place for a wedding, birthday party, or corporate event. Parking is connected to the building and FREE! There are shops and a hotel right next door if you needed to kill some time.Overall it is a great place and I know from an event photographers perspective, very easy to take great images!

Pipeliners meeting went very well.

LOVED the center itself... but before you plan a conference/event there, know that they have VERY POOR signage. It is very hard to find once you get there. In my session alone, we have 4 people walk in over 15min late very frustrated because they spent several minutes walking around looking for the center. The door that faces the street is the back employee door and is locked. That’s where the maps takes you. You have to walk around to the garage area and hope you found the right place, BECAUSE THERE IS NO SIGN! It’s not until you go up 2 levels (garage stairs) that you see it. Seriously. And when I asked them about it. ‘Ain’t our fault, it’s the architect’s’😂🤣😐

Convenient location at Beltway 8 and IH 10. Free parking in a well light parking garage. Clean, well maintained facility. Friendly, helpful staff. Restrooms are small and hard to find.

Great place to have a large group function. The food is delicious. The location is trendy. Ample free parking. I recommend this place.

Very nice conference facilities but be sure and bring a light sweater or jacket because their air conditioning works very well!

Once I found the actual conference room it was a great venue - great catering and comfortable space. More signage in the stairwells and clearer walking directions to the area would be hugely beneficial.

The signage to find it could be better. Lunch was good make sure to bring a sweater it is really cold inside.

I have always had a good experience here each time Ive attended an event and my wife and Is Wedding reception was great!The Staff is very professional and helpful always moving and never just standing around. The facility cleanliness is definitely 5 stars as its always well kept and presentable at all times. The AV systems are average and work well.The food is always EXCELLENT and in most cases thats a big thanks to Chef John and his time and effort.Hannah, the Event Coordinator/Detailer is always so kind and very helpful catering to all needs and doing so with a smile.Overall, This is a great event hall for any occasion and i would definitely recommend it to anyone.

It was really clean and nice. The food was great!

We went for Codequest. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The restrooms stayed clean for the most part. The only down side to this place is that the parking exit gets backed up. The first floor you have to pay for parking. Parking is free on 2,3 &4 floor.

The conference center was lovely! However, it was very confusing to find the place. My GPS sent me to a totally different place several blocks away; the only way I found it was because someone told me of a place that was nearby. They also guided me to the parking garage once I was close.

There was excessive noise in the room next to ours. It was a lot of banging like construction. Hard to follow the presenter.

Not the best conference center. It is not well organized, and parking, while free, is less than perfect. I was at a smallish corporate function. It worked, but the building layout was confusing, and overall it was a pain to get into and out of. It is attached to an upscale mall, that is also disappointing. I would prefer a second-tier hotel conference area - at least they would get the basics and the access right.

This is a very pleasant and staff friendly place to have any type of meeting, expo, conference etc... at. We are really enjoying our experience at Norris Conference Center and we look forward to booking with them again in the near future.

Great conference place but getting a good parking spot can be kinda difficult.

This is a pretty good conference center. There is plenty of parking in the connected garage. There are plenty of restaurants right next to the conference center. There are plenty of outlets in each conference room to charge your phone.

Nice option close by in the middle of westchase I was unaware of.

A really good place for business meetings. Spacious rooms. Good parking. Easy access to Sam Houston Tollway.

The 1st day in the center my colleagues and myself were freezing all day. Also the chairs were not comfortable to be sitting most of the time. On the 2nd day they fixed the AC and replaced all the chairs, so they listen to feedbacks! Lunch was decent but snacks arrived at strange times; i don’t know their prices.

The concierge was incredibly helpful. Because of her parking instructions, I had a great experience on a rainy day.
