My kids have been coming here for a couple years now and they really enjoy it. They are so great with young kids here. My kids have lots of fun while learning how to listen well and show respect to others.

We moved to Oak Forest when our son was almost 4. We knew that we wanted him to experience Taekwondo but we could never make the Tot schedule work pre-Covid. Apex Taekwondo turned out to be the perfect post-covid activity. They have adult leadership that’s not mom and dad (this is so important since most kids have been home), they’re spaced and wear masks and he loves it. I’ve never seen my son take anything else as seriously as he does Taekwondo and this momma is happy. He loves Master LaFaye and he’s ready to grow! Thank you Apex Taekwondo!

Apex taekwondo is a satellite location for Young Brothers. Excellent training and service. Great family atmosphere. If you are looking for an excellent taekwondo school, look no further!

I just recent walked in inquiring abt where they purchased their equipment from and if they would be willing to share that information. The Lady at the front desk unfortunately didn’t know.. HOWEVER her boss call from his office to tell me that if I wasn’t buying something I needed to leave, bc they weren’t interested in what I was SELLING.I find this extremely rude see as I wasn’t selling anything and just inquiring information from a veteran local business but obviously they’re ONLY interested in helping paying client vs decent customer service.Wouldn’t recommend based off this interaction

Master Portal is great with the kids...and adults. I signed my brother up. He is down syndrome and Master Portal is so good with him.

Been with Master Portal for a while. Dropped out of TKD for a few years as well due to physical issues. Came back, and am receiving the help I need for my legs from Master Portal and the other instructors.If you are looking for a great TKD school. I highly recommend Apex for anyone looking into it. You wont regret it.

Great classes for beginners and more experienced students. Classes are ages 4-adult.
