Definitely a horrible company to consider employment. They will allow you to apply for any requisition, even with necessary experience and still want to start you off as a Sales Rep. You will go into the first round interview, which I had with Courtland and he knew I only wanted to be associated with HR. I go to the second round interview at 8:30am and was interviewed for a Sales Rep position after hearing the interviewer ramble on for almost 40 minutes. Only to hear that all employees begin from a sales rep. I felt like it was a complete waste of time and very inconsiderate. Let alone, I can imagine the lack of trust built around this method of interviewing. I even confirmed with the HR Manager Alexis Rodriguez, the position I was interviewing for was with HR and not sales and she confirmed a yes, prior to my first interview. Its a scam and shouldnt waste your time. I should have known this from the beginning based off what I can see they just hire anyone and what the competition I was interviewing with. I just didnt like my time wasted and didnt even respectfully respond to my email after my second interview. Stay away from this company because their integrity is below average from my experience.
Horrible group! They refuse to pay the fees due to the contractors they sign up with.... Still owe me several thousand dollars and refuse to even respond! RBI, Robinson Brandt International, Credico, Wave Executives, & DFW Executives are all part of the same org and were all involved in owing me money and refusing to pay.
Ive been working at Robinson Brandt International for a little over two months now, and Ive had a fantastic experience so far. The atmosphere and energy is incredible, and their training programme paves way for an incredible future if you have the drive and the confidence. Everyone here is willing to help you succeed, and youre constantly learning so much everyday, leading to both personal and professional development.
I have loved my experience working at RBI! The office is electrifying when you are walking into the lobby. The office has grown so fast and Im excited for my futre!
Love working with Kenzie and Garrett. My experience has been positive from the start. Looking forward to future growth!
The Houston expansion has provided a great start tot he new year. RBI has a great team and growth oriented environment
I am so fortunate to have the opportunityto be apart of the team here in Houston. I am apart of the management team and am extremely excited about our potential to help people with great talent grow their careers in our Houston office.
Lots of energy, excitement and growth. Really impressed with the team and their goals for the next few years.
I just received a sleazy email from them Your application stood out to us and we would like to invite you......etc but I have never applied for a job with them. Thats pretty slimy marketing stuff imho. Wasted my time trying to figure out who they are and why they were replying to me!
This is a scam. RBI stands for Robinson Brandt International. It is a subsidiary of Credico. Credico is part of the “devil Corp.” Which can be learned about through google. Employees will work 60 plus hours a week and make well below minimum wage per hour. The work will consist of selling xfinity in random neighborhoods, stores, malls, or events. Employees will be brainwashed and miss many events with family and friends. It is a pyramid scheme. Even if you manage to get a little further up the pyramid you probably won’t even make much money. Google “slave circle” or “devil corp.” I only want to save other Boston area people from being sucked into this sham or a company. Shame on the people who run this company. You all are predators. This is not a real job or “opportunity,” as you like to say. To anyone looking at the job, and I’m sure there are people looking right now since they are always hiring, run away and don’t look back.
I have worked at this firm for the past 3 years and have had amazing experience with the company. Excited for what the future holds
Fraud, fraud, fraud. Run as fast as you can if you get reached out by them for a job interview. There snakes and will just use you as much as possible then let you go without paying you for your training and work. Don’t take my word for it, do yourself a favor and research them for yourself on LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and just plain google to see other people’s reviews.
Fun Team nights in this office. Very family orientated culture!
If you love sports this is a great team to work with! Really great team environment!
Scam of a company, they still owe me $3000 for pay, yet I dont have the proper paperwork to file a claim. I ran the numbers myself, and their idea of how commission works is total bull.
I really want to see those people who are giving 5 stars for this company!!!! are you kidding!!!! its a joke, they are unprofessional people to deal and work with.
Garret is a habitual lier. I only worked 3 days for this company and they did not pay me my commission nor the third day I worked for them.
Wont bother telling you anything over the phone. Typical pyramid scheme behavior preying on the desperate and ignorant
Ugh! Run away! Run Away!
Wasted my time not the company but the person they put with me
Full Of Creep
