Organization is essential; as I progressed through the various parts of the company, I had the opportunity to work with multiple leaders and learn from each of them. There are some positives and negatives like with most businesses but the organizations open door policy and willingness to accept criticism is what motivates me to keep doing better and progressing. The companys growth and culture are what make it a great place to work, hands down. Overall, Ive enjoyed the advancement that Ive made within the company.

This is a pyramid scheme. Don’t let the flashing lights fool you. You play dress up in office clothes and are a promised a “customer service salaried position” when you’re really just selling AT&T through another dog water multi level marketing company(A.K.A. Pyramid scheme). You start on a “team” and eventually advance as a “leader” of your own team perpetuating the pyramid lmfaoo. Don’t waste your time. If you want to sell AT&T just go work for AT&T.

Despite the several bumps in my experience at this terrible company the only positive aspect about this company was getting to travel to business meetings and trips to other cities& states and meeting other people from other offices.But this company should know and understand that Management is completely different from Leadership. People dont want to be managed, people want to be led. And that’s the problem, yall focus so much on trying to control and ‘micromanage’ people instead of just leading by example. The point is, since I was already a leader, I did not want to be managed at all...period. I did not want to be “talked at”, I wanted to be “talked with” as if I was their peer. Not a subordinate. Especially by people who weren’t doing a better job than me at the time. And you say you wish I would have communicated how I wanted to be managed. Hello, I informed the Ricky the boss countless times about the annoyance of Abby and AP(didnt know it was okay for two girlfriends to sit on each others lap in the office while interviews were going on)And just like yall preach, you’re only as good as your last performance, So if they werent performing, im not sure what authority they could have possibly had. Abby and AP were and still are a poison to the entire JE campaign. I feel sorry for anyone on their team or under their tutelage.And those incidents about one of my team members getting spit on by a Sams club member were not properly handled. Sending an email doesnt count RICKY MALONE (owner). The owner did nothing further about the incident. He does not Value Nor Respect Women. When another girl on my team was touched inappropriately, the owner fired the guy for 3 days, just to hire him right back again after inappropriate interactions were reported by another person on my team.Theres ALOT of improvements that still need to be made! If you can spare yourself working here, by all means do it. Better opportunities elsewhere and there are too many companies like this that do the same thing.

Interviewed with this office a couple days ago. I dont normally write reviews because everyone has their own opinion and everyones experience, Im sure, is different. But I wanted to give credit where its due. When I applied to this position, I wasnt really sure what the job was but I have been without employment since before Thanksgiving so of course, I decide to interview. Honestly, I am very impressed. I spoke to a sweet young lady (Tifany) for a bit before the interview. She made me feel relaxed and at ease, especially because I was so hesitant at first. She was patient with me, even through the 100 questions I had lol. She set me up for an evaluation interview with the Hiring Manager (Ana) for the following day. It was a zoom meeting which was pretty cool since it seems to be the most convenient for us applicants. I logged into the meeting the next day and was introduced to Ms. Ana. She was very professional and also made me feel so comfortable. She explained the position, the role I would take on, and went over the company details. This helped explain everything very clearly and helped me to see the picture of their mission and their company goals. I was asked to do a second interview and then was offered the position. The ONLY reason I had to decline was because I was not currently in Houston. I was planning to move in a few months there - and they even told me to contact them when I am actually local. The reason for my review - dont judge a book by its cover and have faith. Good luck and god bless!

With 59 solutions I was promoted within my first 2 months because of how hard I worked. There is no seniority just work ethic and I love it. There are tons of these type of rah rah companies out there that promise you an hourly pay and advancement, but in reality, they send you out in a suit for commission only type work.HUGE HINT: If you see a bunch of people in a conference room as the first picture on the website, the company is a SCAM.These people interview hundreds of people a week and cannot keep staff on board. STAY AWAY!

I was new to the sales and marketing industry, but Five Nine Solutions really has helped me understand how to be more confident and better with people in general. I love the compensation model that it isn’t straight commission and that perks we get from our clients. Overall the culture is very energetic and positive. I interviewed today for management trainee They will look and act friendly to play with your mind. The first interview with the CEO! I Dont know why but he will talk to you for a 3 min and he will be like ( you are very good match ) and he will sent you for a second interview with his associates in sam’s club pearland with a folder and it says start salary 15$ But there the salary will drop to 10$ wow . And the job is to run after the customers to convince them to switch to another electric company . Where is the management traniee !! Confusing company . Not ethical at all . Stay away

Scammers !!!!!!I bought this AT&T satellite and internet bundle thru Sams club and I always buy from Sams club because of the great service but this time they let my family AND I down by letting this outside company lie to customers about this service from At&t / Directv bundle that they are lying about, first the internet is dial up slow and the sales person said it would be just as fast as cable WRONG then the satellite boxes were not even installed but the guy who drop them off activate them so now I have a collection on my perfect credit report for $550.00 for service not rendered at all I did not even have the power cord to the boxes or the dish! (five nine Solutions was the outside vender )
