My 1983 Porsche 928s has a full leather interior. After 37 years, some bits have started to show their age, ripping and/or discoloring. I brought them to Houston from Beaumont looking for a leather expert, as the interior color of my car was a special one done by Porsche. Thus, I could not find the leather color code. In this case, I had taken my arm rest cover and both door pulls, and Aurelio looked at them and was able to reupholster the ripped leather on the driver side door handle and armrest cover. The passenger door handle, however, was able to be re-dyed. He used the leather hidden on the inside of the pieces to color match it, and when I got my pieces back I was astonished. They looked brand new, like I got it from the factory. The leather grain and color were perfect, and I will definitely bring all of my leather interior parts to Total Leather Care all the way from Beaumont every time. Its worth getting it done right, rather then get it done at an amateur shop and be stuck with a mismatched color or grain that sticks out like a sore thumb. I was able to utilized the services of Total Leather Care Houston, one of my sofas got damaged when we moved to our new home. They were able to repaired the damaged to a 80%, and they were honest since the beginning stating they were not going to be able to make it invisible. You are only able to see it if you know where the damage was, and when you look directly to it from a close proximity. I am giving them 4 starts only for the initial incident we had with the receptionist that was not polite at the beginning, but I got to tell you that the General Manger contacted me and scheduled us right away for the next day. The technicians that were sent to our home was Aurelio and Josua and they were great, had an excellent attitude and gave an outstanding customer service. I will definitely will use their services again and will recommend them to our family & friends.

Absolutely a great experience talking with the owner. I desperately went to five different locations that all gave me the same negative answer. After speaking with him about my favorite belt, he did all he could to help even though they do not specialize in that type of work. The owner was extremely genuine and loved helping people return their beloved items Back to new. If you want some one who is compassionate about their work.. this is the place to go!!

My 9 year old sofa had stains and the foam was failing. They cleaned and dyed the leather and did new foam inserts. The price was less than 1/4th of the sofa’s replacement cost. The sofa looks new again. The employees were very nice and offered a sincere thank you for giving them work.

Had two leather couches with water stains. Cecil and Gary and the team made them look great! It saved us thousands by not having to replace the leather.

They fixed my girlfriends 600 dollar coach bag and didnt charge me. He even gave me a small sample of some leather conditioner. I still dropped him a 20 and thanked him for the work. I highly recommend the place if you need any leather work done.

Cecil and Joshua did a fantastic job on my leather saddlebags. My motorcycle saddlebags were 18 years old and now that they have finished restoring them, they look brand new. The cost was a fraction of what new bags would have cost and they even threw in some leather conditioner and instructions on how to keep them looking new. I cant say enough good things about the service. My bike mechanic saw them and is going to begin referring his other customers for their leather restorations as well.

Our very expensive leather sofa started showing signs of wear on the seats and we thought our only choice was replacement. But TLC took care of it and the seat look like new! They made the repairs perfect! And a perfect match where the coloring was gone. Very friendly staff and responsive. Work was completed ahead of schedule.Their location wasn’t very convenient for us since we live in Tomball but is was worth the trip!

Best leather repair Ive ever seen! These guys repaired my sued jacket which had a hole bigger than my fist. After they repaired it, it looked brand new! I didnt even know it was possible to repair leather without leaving any markings, but somehow they did it!

I could not be more grateful for these guys!Some history: My parents first used these guys on my dads favorite recliner. It was either the trash or getting it restored--and from looks it seemed like it was going to go in the trash. I dont know how but they made it look new. Fix the damaged spots, cleaned it all up--my mother and father couldnt have been more pleased with the results.Then they came out and picked up some white sofas that had definitely seen better days... Wow. They looked brand new after they were done. Now I know why they bought them in the first place!Fast forward a couple years: I purchased a classic car. Unfortunately the previous person who did leather work on it did a terrible job. It had two awful looking patches and they didnt color it right. So I called them up to see if they could even work on it! They said sure to bring it by...Long story short. The red interior of my 1973 Rolls Royce looks *beautiful*. --They even did the leather door panels-- I am always getting compliments on it. I wasnt sure how it was going to turn out considering on the bad shape it was in, especially since someone already did poor jobs on previous repairs.Thank you so much!!I appreciated the honesty, expertise, and attention to detail.

Great business to work with!

Total Leather Care came out very polite and we told him what we wanted. They came out 4 days later got both of our sofas. The pickup person dropped our sofa damaging the frame, then called me wanting $$$$ to replace the portion that was broke. It is Lazy Boy frame, anyway It took 6wks to get sofa s back. When we got them back the padding in them was Not pleasing when sat on them you sunk down. I will credit them they did take them back, however they over stuffed couch so hard, but said it would break in. Love seat they didnt add any as promised but so frustrated with them the sofas at that point. Now 3 months later the FINISH has started wore off and cant get any return calls. We spent over $3000 to have them restored which there was only one stop that was bad but we wanted all to match so we restored it all to match. Now we have messed up leather wearing off. So upsetting.
