A great company! They have always come though for me on all my jobs that I have used them for and they are always ON TIME!!! That has been the biggest reason I have stayed with them and will continue to use them. To be forward their prices are hard to beat. Believe me I have tried numerous companies and I have always regretted not staying with Cowboy Trucking!!!

We needed high quality top soil to recover 1500sqft that had been buried under rotten decking and concrete... Cowboy Trucking was the best bid--quality, budget, and delivery time--and was backed by multiple friends (some of whom are in the landscape industry). 10 cubic yards of enriched topsoil was delivered exactly when they said it would be.Then we needed gravel. Once again, Cowboy had the best pricing, speed, and reviews. Had 2 tons of Blackstar gravel delivered on time by a very friendly fellow.Finally, we needed 3 pallets of sod. Im allergic to lots of grasses so we wanted to go with Zoysia despite being told it was finicky. Cowboy came out on top again. Two weeks in and the grass is looking great!Would absolutely use them again.

I went in to purchase a pallet of grass at 8:00 A.M. The receptionist name was Andy that assisted me, she said I would have to come back between 9 and 10, she said she would call me when the pallet was ready, I arrived at 9:30 and informed her I would be outside waiting.. I saw other people getting pallets & it was 10:20 already..so I decided to go inside and see what’s going on.. she was just sitting at her desk waiting for someone to walk in.. I told her is my pallet ready.. she replied, oh yeah that’s right.. I was furious, she had me waiting out there for an hour for no reason!!😡 hopefully someone in management will address this situation!!!

Super Duper Nice People!

I went to buy mulch for my daycare yesterday half yard and I have to bag them and carry it with my school van. The guy sold ot and left to help someone else and another guy name Rick who works there was passing with is truck, he stop took the shovel from me and bag everything for me also loaded it in the van. I just want to say thank you to Rick and everyone here. This is a top notch customer service. I am highly impressed and pleased.

Awesome materials, best price Ive seen around Houston. Great people that own and operate it and give back to the community. I did some volunteer landscape work at camp hope and the donated the mulch for the project. If you need good materials and a great price go to Cowboy. Highly recommend!

Very poor customer service from the supervisor to the guys outside. The one star is for the ladies manning the phones. After you pick out your stone you have to load it while the guys watch.

I have ordered several different times from Cowboy Topsoil and they have always been friendly and professional. The material always gets delivered in a timely manner and havent had any issues. I highly recommend them!

Great place, they charge by the yard and always give me more than I paid for. I have purchased crushed granite and pea gravel for a garden walkway and crushed asphalt for additional parking.

I usually mulch once a year and have priced the mulch from a number of places and have found that Cowboy is consistently the fairest priced. Some of the places ive contacted dont know their mulch from dog excrement, but Cowboys operators are friendly and knowledgeable. Every driver ive had (most recently, Wes...he was outstanding) has been excellent as well. They call to confirm when they are ready to leave the yard and arrive on time. First class operation all the way.

Crooked owner Anthony crooked run business. Businesses be aware of this business. A price amount was given wholesale, the price amount was agree. Owner Anthony calls with claims that our employee was the owner of the house when actually the payment was transact via phone by the GM. Crook Businesses Tricking for extra $120 per customer should be in the eye of the District attorney of consumer affairs. This business we sincerely believe is run by CROOKS tricking customers.

Good material but their upper management sucks

Bad experience. Im a contractor and needed a pallet and a half of pavestone. If I picked it up from pavestone in Katy, I would have to buy a 1/2 pallet that I didnt need and would have to pay more money to load and unload it. Store it. Deal with it. So I called cowboy and a girl told me I could buy just what I need and then she checked to see if they had what i needed in stock. So I took care of my business in Katy then went to cowboy where some young women let me know in a snarky manner. that I couldnt buy in that quantity. Had to go back out to Katy and buy more than I needed, and get caught in a big storm too. Its whats wrong with customer service all over houston
