Their service to wash my clothes per lbs is very convenient for me as I want to enjoy my free time. Building is kept clean and orderly. Pricing for machines cant vary per person. Only gripe is they make you load a card to pay for everything. You do get credits though for to use on their machines when you use their per pound services.

Wednesday from 10-5 all machines are half price.Saturdays and Sundays 6am open, dryers are 10 cents each for 30 min!In house service available if you need to drop off and go with a 3 hour base return for pick up.38 washers ranging from small to jumbo and 40 dryers ranging from 30, 45 and 70 pounds !Great environment and staff! I will be back!

Used to be real clean. Starting to have more machines out of order. Washing machines have a bad odor and dryer time needs to be increased or higher temps so clothes get completely dry

GR8 Laundry is the nicest laundromat around!!! They have the biggest machines in the area and the place looks amazing! The card system is really easy to use and it is nice not having to carry quarters anymore. You can do everything from the card here, even the vending machine! Free wifi Really cool seating area as well as kids area.

I like going there. Friendly people, clean, and easy use of the washers and dryers. The thing that you have to get used to is using a card to operate everything. Even the soft drink and snack machines.

When in need to wash your clothes this is the best place on the East side of Houston. Saturdays and Sundays is .10 dryer from 6am to 10am, and on Wednesday washers and dryers are half price from 10am to 4pm. This place is ALWAYS clean and the workers clean like every 15 minutes. I wil not wash anywhere else but here.

Love the fact that they are 24 hours. I can wake up early in the morning and get my day started as early as I’d like. I like the wash card idea and the facility is nice, also clean!!

I come here every two weeks faithfully. This place is CLEAN and the washers and dryers work very well. A little pricey, however I don’t mind because I like that you can pay with card.

Everyone was very friendly and nice, multiple employees asked if we needed help when we walked in. All the machines work and are nice and new, comfortable seats while waiting and vending machines with snacks and drinks. We have a washer and dryer at our apartment but we will come back here when we have big blankets again!

I use to go to the washateria down the street from here and it does not compare. The place is clean and the staff is great, even if one of them couldnt speak English, she tries to help you. No coins needed which is great, my husband of course did not have patience when it came to getting the first card lol but he came around. He was use to the old school way. Also look into the specials they have.. I believe they also have specials on certain days.My Edit: I came at 6 in the morning and this place was not clean, the machines were not clean the floors are dirty, and the trash is still there from the day before. If you dont want to end up with your machines stinking like the ones down the street, get it together.

The entire experience is great! Jennifer does a great job at maintaining the lobby area and making sure the machines stay free of any debris. Her hard work really keeps the place going! The machines and good service is why I enjoy coming here!

This place is pretty new. They are a self serve laundromat that offers wash/dry/fold services. No coins are needed. Everything is card operated. Open EVERYDAY from 7:30(am)-8:00(pm) (last wash is at 7pm). The staff are all wonderful. Lounges and TVs are available while you wait. Snack machine and detergent/fabric care products.

Extra Clean and Comfortable Laundry Mat. The sweetest manager and the machines stay clean inside and out. Leaves your clothes fresh and no sour smell. Dryers are massive and work quickly and affordably. Folding stations and comfortable chairs to wait in. Feels airy and bright and new. Nothing worn out.

This is the only laundry mat where I can leave feeling less stressed than when I came in. Its always impeccably clean no matter how busy they are and the staff is welcoming and helpful. Theyve even met me at my car with a cart before! I refuse to go anywhere else.

I came in today and the lady from in the evening does not clean up at allll it smelt like mealdue and dirty instead of clean like when i come in the morning.The morning lady was mad because she cleans and keeps everything spotless but when she comes in morning its filthyy and i can see that for my slef.

Super inconvenient to load this card to do my laundry. The woman working the desk cant communicate at all in English, so it was even MORE inconvenient. Cant read the prices for the laundry soap. The machine charged me an extra .25 to wash my whites with hot water on top of the 2.25 it already cost for their cheapest machine. Yes the place is new but geez we are on Woodforest in the ghetto. Ugh! $13 bucks for two loads of laundry and a small bottle of soap & bleach seems a little much! Rant over this place isnt worth the price!

Not customer service friendly. I got there at 6:55 and the lady in charger said I could not go in because they close right at 7 yet online it says they close at 8. I told her that and she said the facility closes at 7 smh okay well if that’s the case it is not 7:00 yet but whatever I just told her to make sure they update the hours on google maps. Also they are way more expensive then the other places around. You do have to buy a card and load money to the card. The only reason I was going is because I had free $5 from my first visit. When a company has good customer service they will honor their rules example I was there at 6:55 therefor still had “5 minutes” to be able to go in.

Clean washers, dryers, and establishment. The staff is very helpful, courteous, and respectful. Children are not allowed to climb on folding tables, ride in buggies, or run all over the place. The staff takes time to take care of the place, which makes the patreons appreciate and take care of it as well. This is like the Buc-ees of laundromats.
