Honestly, I was pretty sketched out by this place at first. There were a lot of red flags (no company website, 2 company names, not on Google maps before I added it, no company identification when called, etc.). Then I showed up to the place on a weekend and couldnt get into the building and there werent any signs outside [if this happens to you, just call them and tell them youre stuck!]. When signing documents, even the disclaimers couldnt keep their names straight -- one page has something redacted with AzaLica handwritten above it 😂. So there were plenty of reasons to feel concerned about these people who could potentially scar my body.BUT it was so worth it.- We discussed prices and she matched her lowest price for me. I asked her to email the confirmation and she did. Her prices are amazing.- Shes really easy to talk to, very considerate, very respectful. I felt she has excellent customer service skills.- The actual laser service went smoothly. She was very professional. The laser didnt hurt and the whole thing was over REALLY quickly.I look forward to my next appointment.

Please be very careful. Pay cash at time of service. Brenda try’s not to see you if you pay for service in advance. Do not use credit cards with her. I decided to just accept my lost and walk away, thank goodness it was not much money. Again be very careful. Brenda would keep your money and not do your service.
