I contacted AAA Locksmith today for assistance and had a great experience from the time I made my first call up until the service was completed. Tony was the individual who assisted me. He was courteous, patient, professional, and assured me that he would be able to assist me. Upon his speedy arrival, my lock was unlocked in under 10 minutes. Tony was truly an expert in the matter. I hope to never be locked out again (lol) but if so, I will be contacting this company again. Highly recommend!

Stop wasting your time at around big brand stores, trying to get safe locks for your cargo van, I know is hard to find good and secure locks, I found this nice place with great coustomer service, after I got break into my work van twice, they recomend me new locks with a cover system that avoids access to the locks. I waited for over 45 minutes after I got off the phone with the representative and I was told that they were going to have somebody call me within 5 minutes. I Literally called around trying to find reputable locksmiths to make a motorcycle key for me. Either they didn’t do it or they requested that I remove my ignition switch which I didn’t know too. I called AAA locksmith, told them my dilemma and their words were “ no problem, tow the bike here and we’ll take care of you. Very friendly people ! The guy literally came outside with his tools, laid down on the gravel in the Houston heat and got it done in less than 20 minutes !Absolutely blew my mind . Also gave me a key ring ( no charge ) so I didn’t loose these ones. I’d literally drive outta my way to do business with these guys again!

Locksmith is awesome and knows his craft. Was able to cut a key for a motorcycle by just looking down the ignition switch with a magnifier and guessed the pin sizes. Got it on the first try. Never seen anything like that before, and it saved me a trip to the dealership for a whole new ignition, gas cap and seat latch. Recommend you try this place for all of your locksmith needs.

Recently had to use their services because one of my managers locked the keys inside our restaurant by mistake. Leon was the tech who came out and he was very professional and courteous and got the problem resolved in a timely manner. Only negative, it took them a while to get to us. I called on Sunday evening to see if they could do repair work on Monday morning, and they did it promptly and had great prices and quality service. Scott took the call and said he would call me on Monday at 9 am with a time for the technician to show up, and at 9 sharp he did indeed call me and let me know that Jason was on his way. Additionally, Jason got there within 15 as Scott had estimated, and Jason was fast, friendly, and an expert. We had to have new keys made for the two locks on the back of our RV storage area. It was important that this be done ASAP as we were selling our RV that afternoon, and the locks not working would have possibly made the perspective new owners not want to purchase it. However, Scott and Jason, ensured the locks were rekeyed and fixed. We appreciate their great service, and highly recommend their company! Thanks!

I have a 2010 Toyota Corolla. I lost a key to my car, but I had a backup. I called my Toyota Dealer, and they informed me that I would need to make an appointment to have the key done, and it would cost me almost $200. I called my wonderful mechanic, Zographos Motors, and I was referred to AAA Locksmith. Since I had a backup key, I drove right over, they completed the work in about 20 minutes, and it cost me $70 for a good, functioning key. Great work, and quick. Made my day.

Quick and easy service. Paid about a total of $130 to cut and reprogram a pair of Lexus keys. Took about 15 minutes with one person ahead waiting for theirs to be done. I called to have my front door doorknob reattached. the technician arrived as scheduled and took a look and said he didnt have the right parts and advised me hed call me when he did. Two days later he calls and i meet him and he said he still need to go get one more part. Came back 30 minutes later and spent less than 30 minutes reattaching the door knob. Handed me a bill for $425! Seriously??? Would not recommend, will report them to the BBB...

I wanted to pass on the HIGHEST compliment to AAA Locksmith! A few weeks ago, I came to Houston to assist my parents who are in their 80s and need supplemental care. When I arrived, it was obvious to me that there were too many keys & locks, and given their advanced age, they may not be able to remember which key opens which door. I called another locksmith before contacting AAA Locksmith, and the first locksmith was unable to arrive on the day I requested, and failed to follow-up to reschedule a new appointment. Because I was in a time crunch (trying to get a locksmith in between doctor appointments), I called AAA Locksmith and requested a short notice appointment.The locksmith arrived on the day & time specified. He listened carefully to what I was attempting to do-- replace 6 deadbolts, install 3 new doorknobs, replace cylinder in garage door lock, ALL keyed alike. It was a big job, and the locksmith had a few ideas of his own to make things easier for my aging parents. I could not stay the entire time the locksmith was at work, but he was careful to make sure enough keys were made, the keys were given to the right person when he was done (me), the bill was paid by the right person (me).The job was completed exactly as we discussed, and it was completed with high quality parts. All the keys worked in all the locks (unlike some keys copied at do-it-yourself centers), and all the locks & door knobs worked flawlessly. The job was not cheap, but it was money well spent for quality & timely work.The locksmith was sensitive to working around elderly customers and was extremely trustworthy. Thanks to AAA Locksmith for making this job an easy one for me & my family!!

So I had a previously bad experience with a locksmith company that literally bamboozled me and then made my lock worse. So I called aaa I was apprehensive and initially not very friendly because I had a bad taste in my mouth towards all locksmiths based on my previous experience. To make a long story short the lady that answered was very helpful, not only did she fix my lock but she gave me a very great discount just out of the kindness of her heart and because I had just spent so much money with the previous disreputable company. I pray I dont have any more key problems but if I do I know who to call. Very friendly, compassionate and effective company. Safe to do business with for sure!
