Got my part used.Trying to return to no avail, nothing but lying and the run around!! Had enough after 5 days of b.s. am in a legal dispute now.Well see.Do not order from these people!!!!

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING ONLINE, YOU WILL NOT GET IT! Placed an order online for a part, asked for details about my order through phone and email, no response to either form of communication. I really wish I had seen these reviews before placing an order. What a mess! Steer clear of this place. I wish I could leave a review on their testimonials page.....Edit: Seller refunded my order.

Wish I saw reviews before I ordered part. Same experience, they charge you for part and NEVER SHIP. They never call or email back. Should be arrested for fraud.

Preparing to file in small claims court. After paying online for a new control box for my spa it never shipped. I attempted to call, leave messages, and email. They have yet to respond or attempt to return my multiple calls or emails.
