Great service and excellent rates. They got the dumpster really close to my garage so I did not have to walk far. The dumpster had tires on it like a car so it did not damage my driveway. I would definitely use them again

The reason I chose this company was because the fact of rubber tires on the dumpster. I needed to get this dumpster into a tight space without doing any property damage. Dumpster arrived later than expected, but the team went above and beyond to make it right. The issues causing the delay were due to an accident at the dump and beyond their control but they still made a point to reach out and provide fantastic customer service.

I used this company last week. It’s a pretty steep price but I was in a bind. He did deliver it on time. Things you need to know that he doesn’t tell you. Make sure you have an open driveway for him to park it in or he won’t leave it. I decided to use him again and let him know first thing in the morning what my schedule was. He agreed and was able to deliver the dumpster at 10 am. At 10:30 I called to find out where he was. He told me there was 25 dumpsters ahead of me and he would be out there when he could. None of this was mentioned this morning. He said he thought he could be out there shortly after lunch. I paused, not to get upset, and asked him why he didn’t mention any of this. He told me good luck trying to find someone else. I would never use this company!!! Terrible customer service.

While in Houston visiting some relatives and helping them clean out their home, I called Junk It Mobile Dumpsters and was very pleased with the service and price. Darren, the owner, delivered a dumpster on wheels and parked it in the backyard which was really convenient. I first did business with Daron about 5 years ago. I was impressed that he still had the same phone # and business name after all that time. The first experience was unremarkable (not good or bad) he did exactly what he was suppose to do and I think he even gave me an extra day to top it off. In this day and age not screwing me is usually good enough to earn my business a second time. But the more recent second time I used Daron he went above and beyond. Daron was not only accommodating but he went above and beyond, all before he even got paid. I will certainly refer my friends and family.

I called for a quote, I said wooo no thanks you. said what do you expect calling someone on a Sunday and hung up the phone. Way over priced, cost about 50 bucks to dump a 20 ft trailer around my area. Thanks for the help lol
