Place is like some other, take between 4 to 6 hours to be unloaded, the only big issue is the parking. Pine Vista Lane is a “no outlet street”. Driver can park on street but you can’t turn around, go in and need to back out. Be prepared.

Horrible, past 2 deliveries I sat for a min of 4 hours before I even got a door, appt was at 11:15amFooled me on this, great job broker, not again.Stay away drivers unless you ready to lay a min of 8-9 hours

A very great experience here, professional and clean, from checking in, to checking out, my appointment time was 0800, was completed loading and paying LUMPER fee by 0915 and out the gate. LABATT / Food service. is real organized.Overnight parking on the street, check in and walk up to Guard Shack, LUMPER service lady is real nice, professional, they will call you to give you a price, of lumper service. Overall I give this place a five star

Giving 2 stars here....Labatt Foods is a class act...Employees and Managers Friendly and Professional....That Said.HOWEVER the Lumper ServiceThat they use is at bestCrass, Crunchy, and Irritable...Its to the point where discussing the pride for your Nations Military is a bit much...Like u can wait in your vehicle so that we dont have to listen to it much.For this Peculiar CompanysEmployees...Imagine that the freedom that they have living here is okay...Discussing the men and women that defend it ...IS NOT!!Be careful here at least around the lumpers...It appears that Patriotism is a nonstarter here.

Going on hour 4 of sitting in my truck waiting to be unloaded. Absolute joke of a place.

If you come here for delivery make sure you have your breakfast and lunch with you . They take a minimum 5 hours to get your truck unloaded 👎👎👎😡

I had an appointment for Thursday but got here Wednesday morning. Talked to the guards and got unloaded within 2 hours. Quick and friendly staff

Well I was in and out in no time at all. Thats really a long shot. But sometimes it does work so five stars to Labatts from me.

7 hours to get 9 pallets unloaded

Had 0700 apt arrived at 1900 the night before because there is almost no parking in Houston. They let me park on the street for my 10. In the gate and to a door by 0645 and unloading by 653. Only wish they gave a lumper fee upfront so I could get out and to my next stop sooner.

It was a reasonable experience for delivering products to this location...common sense people.

In and out. Checked in at 945am for my 10am appointment and was out of there by 1050am

8am unload appointment. Checked in at 715, called to door at 730. Unloaded at 844. Fast service and skilled employees. No complaints

Waiting time after check in is too long about 4 hours and unloading time is too long about 4 hours. And spended 1 hour 30 minutes to get my paperwork. I have one more drop that day couldnt not make it because they took my whole day and deliver that next day bad experience with that wherhose no want come back here again

Man what a weird company they called me for interview and wanted me to test to transfer boxes from palet to palet for 7 minutes with out knowing how much i would get paid!!! Basics they are testing me hahahaha im glad i rejected them!!!

Guard Shack friendly, lumpers were ok. Plenty of room to get into docks. Parking on street. Walk paperwork to guardshack.

DO NOT PULL TO THE GATE. If u do so u will have to back up on street right away. Park on street first. Check in at guard. Nice n polite lady at guard shack. Ample room to back in safe. Lots of space between docks. In n out in less than two hours. Hire lumper or driver unload. Over nite parking allowed on street. Not sure if u will find a spot if u arrive late nite 😐

I took my son here for a job interview. The entrance gate people were very helpful. He didnt get the job.

Normally dont mind this place but just got here late for my appointment and was turned away and told to reschedule. Half the docks are empty and I only have one partial pallet with 18 cases on it, no breakdown. I was going to go in and pull myself and would have been in and out of here in 15 minutes. Now I have to spend the night in Houston to drop tomorrow and Ill miss my next appointment.THIS IS NOT THE WAY TO DO BUSINESS!

Dont wait any longer . Get insurance with Rapid documents insurance . Ask for luis he will hook you up with the best insurance company . Tell them Israel send you.

Fast unload... But SLOW SLOW wait for paperwork... Got a call telling me come pay lumper & get paperwork... Get receipt & go to window to get paperwork... Told NOT ready, have a seat for a few mins.... Apparently a few mins is 45+

Stupid Costa Solutions, costumer service is terrible I bring a load and they hold me for hours, called I’m empty, than no I’m not . Give me a lumper fee, than no, wrong price, we will call you again with right amount. It’s takes forever.

They charge you to unload the products they ordered, that they are going to put on their trucks and charge their customers to deliver. I checked in at 0600, unloaders finished at 0750, was told to wait for the counters to count. At 1250 they finally found enough fingers and toes to finish counting it. Least efficient Labatts Ive delivered at.

I placed an application while I living in Dallas but now Im back in Houston so cant apply here because my application is still active can someone please contact me on what I need to do.

I was only here on a delivery with my husband, but I went in to use the restroom and they were very clean. Getting in to a door didnt take but a few mins from him checking in.

They are proffesional and they get their job done!

Average unloading time

Park on street and walk up to the gate. There is plenty of overnight parking on the street out in front. A Food truck parks at the gate at 7am. There is a family dollar and a gas station a short walk away.

Lumper fees are high and receiving takes a long time to get you empty.

Came half hour earlier was empty in 45 mins.

Very bad when it comes to charging for them to download, the one who charges wants you to pay them exactly, but you have to look for change yourself. So one star is a lot

Good place to download, they serve you well and they speak Spanish, you have to park on the street and go to check, they download quite quickly but when they are going to give you the papers it takes more than two hours

Very true they are rude at the time of doing the test they make you lift those bags and boxes of 50 pounds and so that they do not hire you it is not fair ... 20 minutes sweating passing those bags to another pallet and that they never call you they are rude.

I think you earn more money working on mcdonalds than working here ....

Their hiring processes make you waste a lot of time and if you have another job, days of work, they make you a stupid test called pallet test that has nothing to do with driving if you want to be a driver, anyway that was my bad experience a couple of times with them, and they discriminate because I wear glasses.
