I had the supply line to my upstairs toilet run water in my home for several days while I was out of town. On my return I called Belfor. They had a crew together and were at my home later that same day. The work removal of the debris and drying took three weeks, and I commend Belfor crew for the tireless work and professionalism they demonstrated. They were caring, industrious, and professional. Nicholas, my contact was always available and returned my calls and questions promptly. He went beyond what I ever expected. They told me they were not perfect, but they would do their best, and they did!
