He asked what we were looking for and took into account our family and what we wanted to be doing on the water. He was patient and answered so many questions. From the time we walked in, until now our second time out on the water, Will has been super helpful and accessible! The process of buying a boat was easy and fairly quick. My adult son grounded my almost new 19’ Larson 150 HP Yamaha into way too shallow water in Galveston West Bay, there was sand everywhere in the motorwell, some deep bottom scrapes in the keel, I was bummed beyond belief . Rinkers Boat World repaired the hull scrapes, cleaned the motor well up, got the speedo working and checked all of the electronics out . I was relieved to see a good looking Larson when I picked it up today ! Great communication by text, Steve Mayo, the service manager, kept me apprised of where they were during the process . Rinkers Boat World gets a 👍👍👍 from me .

Do not buy a boat from here!Weve had five different warranty issues for the past year & a half on our brand new TriToon, and none of them have been resolved yet!The guy that sold us our boat, Will has been a nightmare to work with as well. We have called him several times with these issues, and his response is always that hes golfing, or he just doesnt care to help now that hes gotten the sale, and our money!Awful customer service all around from this place, once theyve gotten your money!

June 2021 -- Will and Jim really saved me this weekend. In getting ready for the 4th of July, I dinged my prop. The prop was damaged enough to cause cavitation rendering the boat useless. I thought the weekend was lost. I called Will so he could talk me off the ledge. I explained my situation and asked for his advice. . I further explained we had planned for lots of family and friends to wake surf and enjoy the boat. I thought the weekend was lost. Will saved the day. Will brought me up to speed on a save the weekend kit. For more details call Will. In summary, Will delivered and installed a new prop for my SE 550. He even helped me reload my boat with lead and helped me test drive. I surfed for a half hour and everything was perfect. Will and Jim thank you. You are the greatest of all time!!! Great people to deal with! Will, our salesman is awesome and took great care of us even several times after the sell with all of our questions to date! The service department just did our first 20hr service and also took care of a couple of minor warranty items without hesitation while it was there. Bought a 2017 Supra several months ago and recently noticed some damaged on the underside of the hull that was caused by the previous owner. Brought the boat in and showed the damage to the Service Department. Rinker did not have too, but they covered parts and labor to make the repairs. It was not an inexpensive repair. They have earned my business for future boat purchases and I will refer my friends to them.

After shopping around a bit we decided on a Supra SA400 which we purchased from Rinkers Boat World. I found a great boat that I really liked. Said they had a contract on the boat but buyer couldnt get financing. I said that I would buy it and put a deposit on it. After 4 day of waiting on their financing person to get approval I decided to get my own. I told them to get the boat ready I was coming to get it. I was then informed that they had sold to boat to someone else. What good did it do to give a deposit? It showed that I was serious but not them.

Rinkers Boat World of Houston goes beyond the normal service that you could ever expect to get. I had just picked up my boat from them and was taking it home when I had a blow out on Beltway 8. I was stuck and didnt have a spare. I made a call and told them the situation that I was in. They immediately sent Cole to my rescue. Cole had me up and going in about 30 minutes from the time I called. I couldnt believe how quickly and easily they responded to my emergency. They truly treat you like family. Highly recommended. I have been bringing my boat here for most of the year, and was frequenting it a year prior before purchasing a boat. On the Sales side, Amy is outstanding and attentive. We set up test drives on Lake Conroe with different models and found just the right boat to fit my needs. No pressure sales with complete and satisfying communication at all times during process. After purchasing Chris helped fit the boat out with right equipment and went for a test run helping me get familiar with boat. Since then he has followed up making sure I have not had any issues. Couldnt ask for more customer service!

I bought a boat online and had it shipped from NC. The boat was delivered on a flatbed trailer and I later found out that I was responsible for getting the boat off the trailer. I called Rinkers at the last minute and they agreed to help with the situation. I left the boat there for the first services and when I went to go pick up the boat I was very unprepared. They helped with me with an adapter and a pin for my hitch. The guys were very professional and Ill continue to bring my SH back for maintenance. Oh, and when I noticed my decal was peeling off, they gave me a new one for free. Thanks Kyle and Trey for the great service!

I went to Rinkers Boat World to get the starter motor replaced in my wake boat. They were amazing and turned the evaluation into replacing the starter motor after lifting the motor up. I had annual service, a chip repaired and scratches removed. While most boat repair rates are high, I feel here you get your money’s worth. Mike was clear with prices and offered me options, not looking just to sell services. Mike called me with updates, which I love. I just bought a brand new sea hunt 23 foot boat from Chris Martin at Rinker‘s boat world. Five stars doesn’t even begin to describe the service I received.If my company had a couple Chris Martin’s i’d be set.Guys willing to go above and beyond the call of their billet like that are rare nowadays.

We just purchased a 2018 Supra and this was our second boat purchase from Rinker. Jim and his team were very knowledgeable and professional. Their customer service is top notch they are easy to deal with and make purchasing experience extremely easy. Cole helped us demo the boat and programmed it for us which was great because our boat has a ton of features. When we are in the market for another purchase in about 6 years we will be back.

Went in for 20hr service and they had it turned around in a couple days! Great work as always. They went above and beyond.

Very pleasant folks to deal with. Jim and Amy were who I dealt with primarily but everyone there was willing to help any way they could. Very upfront about pricing and very helpful with insurance. They ended up getting me insurance for less than half of what i was paying for my previous boat.

Recently purchased my first boat from Rinkers. Great staff. Knowledgeable, helpful, and courteous. I feel like I met the whole team and The company culture was impressive, you could tell that everyone enjoyed working together. Says a lot about the management there. I would recommend checking them out if you are in the market.

I usually dont write reviews, but my experience with Rinkers and Chris definitely deserves one. Chris M. was my salesman for my first boat about 4 years ago, my wife and I ended up selling that boat about 2 years after buying it. I kept in contact with Chris as my wife and I tossed around the idea of getting another boat. I shopped around with multiple dealerships in the area and a couple boat shows. I was in touch with Chris for more than a year without buying a boat and the guy was super helpful even without a for sure sale on the horizon for him. My wife and I ended up moving to New Braunfels and because of the level of service I received from Chris and Rinkers I by-passed I dont know how many dealerships to buy our boat from Rinkers. We ended up getting the 2020 Kaiyen and love it. I know I will buy many more boats in my future and can promise it will always be from Chris.

Worst place to get your boat fix they give no warranty of any know no matter the repair, and dont stand behind there work. Very bad workmanship. Next repair will be at Kevins in Pearland they offer 1 yr warranty on their repairs.

Rinkers has a very friendly and helpful staff. They are easy to work with and will go out of their way to make sure youre satisfied with your purchase. The entire buying experience was great. Even got an after the sale check up. Shout out to Amy for getting us a great boat and getting us everything we needed to get on the water.
