DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! THEY ARE ABSOLUTELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND WILL HANG UP IN YOUR FACE AFTER TAKING YOUR $75.00 PAYMENT. THEY ARE A FRAUDULENT COMPANY THAT DOES NOT FOLLOW THE GUIDELINES OF THE COURT. I called several times regarding time sensitive documents that needed to be processed to the court the woman who answered was so ghetto and unprofessional. She laughed and hung up the phone several times. I asked to speak to a supervisor who was extremely unprofessional & did not take into consideration I paid for services not performed. They can justify and rationalize their response but I wasnt having a bad day until I found out VERY IMPORTANT DOCUMENTS were not sent to the court. After finding out that the services in which I paid for were not performed I requested a refund. This is not a company that should be responsible for working with the court. I found much better more professional classes somewhere else. The rude behavior over the phone was so bad it prompted a bad review, a complaint through the BBB and further action to make sure these people do not do this to anyone else. Absolutely unacceptable of a company to try to justify their actions by blaming the paying client. Shame on the owner!!!!

NEVER use this company they are unprofessional and will take your money and not do what they are suppose to do. If you have any complaints all they do is laugh at you and hang up the phone like some kids.

Disappointing and unprofessional are a few of the word that come to mind whenever I think of this place. Dinah Bostic is the point of contact for this vendor. Although it was an unhappy experience, Ms. Bostic is a nice lady and seems willing to be of help.However, thats about as far as it goes. Initially seemed very promising but turned out to be the complete opposite. But not entirely bad thats why I gave 2 stars. Was able to get connected with other parties and provided useful information for future reference. Also, vendor did not follow TWC provider protocol amongst other things.
