Stopped into town for a short stay and needed a quiet, centrally located workspace. I stumbled upon WoCo, and was glad I did! Matt and his team worked to make me feel comfortable right away, and the space has everything you need within reach. Super fast and reliable internet, and convenient restaurants nearby. Nice people, great spot! Highly recommend, especially during these in-between times.

My experience has been a very warm and welcoming environment, clean, and full of new friendships. I would recommend this WoCo office to anyone who wants to be surrounded by laughs and a warm community. See you there!

The location is perfect with easy access to all areas of the city, a great restaurant and bar scene, and walking distance to hiking and biking trails!

Great location! Love that parking is easy and free. The inside space is always clean. Great taco and BBQ spots that are walking distance. Conference rooms are large and easy to reserve. Super tech friendly and easy. Love this office space! Would give 10 stars if I could!

Ive been leasing private suites here for over a year, and I couldnt be happier. The facilities are always maintained very well, the staff is very accommodating, and the location near downtown and all of the amenities near by is outstanding.Being that most of the suites are leased long-term by established companies in stable industries, everyone is very respectful of one another and creates a very comfortable and professional atmosphere.

I worked from Houston for a month in October. My first appointment to look for a co-working space was with WoCo, I cancelled all the others right away.Matt and Mary Jane were kind and helpful.The space is brand new, silent and has everything you are looking for to work with comfort.Just around the corner (walking distance) you have some nice places to eat and grab a drink.100% recommended.

Washington Office Co. is an amazing modern/industrial co-working space which has certainly checked all of the boxes for me having spent the majority of my career working in Downtown office buildings. Super tight knit community of members all from different backgrounds and walks of life. Great place to meet new people and network. Matt and Mary-Kate are an amazing owner / community manager team and are always looking for ways to improve the member experience (e.g., catering breakfast or lunch every other week; having Friday happy hours at the office). Super central and conveniently located in the Washington Corridor which makes it easy to commute to places like the Heights, Montrose and Downtown, as needed. Did plenty of research before signing up and both the private offices and hot desk spaces are very affordable relative to other co-working spaces in the City of Houston. Also free parking on-site. Highly recommend.

Im very pleased with my time at WoCo so far. I did a two month stint at the WeWork downtown, but found it to be inconvenient coming from the Heights (parking in a garage, walking two blocks). Its the perfect location if you live in the Heights or along Washington. Also, Matt and Mary Kate are great hosts!
