As a seasoned inventor, I placed a call to Imaginationeering for help with moving multiple prototypes from generation 1 to generation 2. Wow was I disappointed!To begin, the owner Francois Martin returned my phone call and when I asked him to hold (after waiting 30 seconds) he hung up on me. (He obviously doesn’t need my business). I called back to be met with such an aggressiveness from him. I had a whole lot to say and he didn’t listen to me needs. Talking to him was a very uncomfortable feeling. He certainly did not reflect his website and he was not helpful.Currently I work with a small team of engineers on multiple inventions. Two of three inventions were funded for millions and Francois blew his opportunity to make hundreds of thousands with us developing an entire product line. His attitude stinks and wasted my time. If you are an inventor, you should look for help somewhere else.I shouldn’t have listened to the reviews. I wondered how perfectly most are written. My opinion, Imaginationeering reviews are FAKE! I hire content writers all the time and it’s clear everyone of these reviews are written by the company. If you don’t believe they are fake, read them because Francois is NOT a pleasure to work with. The model of our equipment was done on time and as expected. The folks at Imaginationeering were great to work with and made the process easy. The model was delivered in person and with a demonstration of how to dismantle certain components for protection during transport. I approaced Imaginationeering and wanted to set up a relationship to 3D print some show models and prototypes. I currently have builds ongoing with other manufacturers for FDM, SLS, and SLA parts, and wanted to expand my network. I asked about process and capabilities.(I.E. What materials can you print, how big of parts can you build, how many machines do you have, etc.) I was met with a defensive attitude, a general plethora of poor information, and an unwillingness to help me understand what sets them apart from anybody else with a desktop machine. If all you want to do is print a trinket to put on your desk to tell your friends you printed a design, they Might be able to help. If you are looking for something with some real design intent, or someone that shows an understanding of the process strengths and weaknesses, I didnt get the feeling that these were the guys you wanted to do business with. I would recommend Any of the other 3d print vendors in the Houston area over this organization. The other manufacturers will have a better process/materials selection, a better understanding of those processes, and a better attitude.
