Took my wife car there after they reglazed the rotors and changed brake pad 1 year later started shaking took it there again it was out of warranty. He changed rotors and pads again gave me a discount and made it right extended warranty made me feel like he cared and fixed again hopefully won’t have the same issue as soon. Thank you loved Chevy the cat!Also had a sensor out about a year ago he wanted a lot to fix it I went and bought part he let me use his tools to fix it. Saved me about 300 bucks stand up guy Gary is. My best friends dad recommended me to these guys years ago i will not go any where else besides Choice One Auto. the owner Jimmy is a very reasonable man, he makes sure your issue is resolved Jimmy and his son both stay on top of everything they will tell you the issue you are having, and what needs to be done to solve the issue.The mechanics they hire do great work. i will never take my truck any where else besides Choice One.

I have used them before only cause my wife used him. I thought he was kind of shady. Fixed sons car and then he had same problem not long later. We took car in for an inspection and oil change and needed something to pass inspection. Gave us a quote and that didnt fix it and didnt even ask us and he ordered a used part and still didnt work. He had to take it to the dealership and didnt tell us that either. The only reason we knew was we had to call him and go up there. He had the car for almost two weeks and changed us for both of the parts. I wouldnt use him. He looked at my ac and said need an ac service and charged for it and the ac still does the same thing. I wouldnt even take a car there for an oil change now. Dont use him.

I recently took my car into Choice One Auto Care for an issue I have been having with it shaking/vibrating and pulling to the right as I drive. I told the store manager (Jeff) that I need to have an alignment and maybe new shocks or something. He told me he would have the specialist check it out.Their specialist is (Brad) and he told me that the alignment and shocks are really O.K.! The problem happened to be a separated tire. He was right!! Brad is a saint, I previously had my tie rods replaced at one shop because they thought that was the nature of the issue. Another shop told me it was a bad Hub Bearing, only this time I went to Choice One for a second opinion hoping they would concur - they did not exactly agree!!I told Jeff that if he could prove to me that a bad tire was the problem then I would buy one from Choice one!!! So they rotated my tires (for free) and then my car didnt pull to right any more (only the shaking was still there but not in the steering wheel as they explained).From now on, I dont trust anyone but Choice One (Jeff & Brad) to give me straight honest answer and NO speculation about whats wrong with my car. A Hub bearing DID turn out to be bad only, it was not causing the problem in question. I GLADLY let Choice One fix it for me. I feel I got the best deal dollar wise by having it diagnosed correctly the 1st time by Choice One!! I am a happy camper now!!! DO plan on seeing Brad or Jeff if you want your car fixed right the first time rather than What Can We Sell You Today which just PEEVES me off!!!

My husband and I entrusted our truck to Choice 1 Autocare on June 1, 2013 at approximately 8:30 am for them to check out. They called and told us we had transmission problems and they gave us the price and a start date of Monday, June 3, 2013. They informed us that the truck would be ready on Friday, June 7, 2013. We were told the amount would be 2100.00. We agreed. On Friday, June 7, 2013, at approximately 2 pm, my husband received a phone call from the store manager stating the truck had been stolen. We were both at work. The store manager called the police and when the police arrived, they told the store manager an owner of the vehicle had to report it. I got off from work at 4 and went straight to the repair shop where they called the police again so I could file the report. At this time the owner was there and he wanted me to tell the police I left the truck in their parking lot with the keys in the truck. I felt uncomfortable and when the owner went inside I asked the store manager to have the police to meet me at my home for me to file the report. The officer did that and I filed the report. After speaking with my insurance agent, the next day my husband called the owner to request his insurance. The owner became irate and refused to give him the information. He also told my husband to give him the title of the truck and then he would help us. At this point, we told him we would be retaining a lawyer. He then told my husband, let me give you some legal advice, dont call a lawyer. That truck is my husbands way to get to work and we feel they are liable since the truck was stolen from his property and they left the keys in the truck. The owner also said we were trying to screw him. Im confused because we are out of a vehicle.

I have had work done here twice now. Office manager Jeff great to work with. I feel like this shop always takes their time and finds out what is really wrong and does not try to rip me off on service I dont need. I completely trust them to get the best price for me. They even came and picked us up to get us to the shop to pickup the car.

I got an oil change and tech. did not check oil level once finished. Did not put proper amount of oil in it! Left it over 1 qt. low. Level did not even register on dip stick. Better CHECK OIL LEVEL BEFORE LEAVING SHOP. If I had not, who knows what would have happened. In the end, after crawling on ground to check filter, driving to purchase more oil and finishing the job, I looked like I had changed the oil myself. Many other compeditors on Hwy. 6 who may do a better job. They did give me a discount on the price when I called, but what is the point!Workers seemed nice and service was quick, but.................................................After being told that part of my service would be credited it never happened. Had to chase them down to get credit applied. Needed my card to do it, I was told, but they never tried to contact me to get the number to resolve the issue. Best to go down the road to get your oil changed, I guess.

I wish I could write a review for every time Ive been to Choice 1, but the results arent different. On the three times Ive been there, theyve been honest and up front about the work and costs. Ive been there for an alignment, AC check, and emissions check. All work was done quickly and I havent had reoccurring issues that made me bring my cars back. Ive been living in Bear Creek for six years now, and this shop is one of the only group of guys that Ive had a great experience with every time. Discount Tire across the street would be the other good group to work with, and they were the ones that suggested I go to Choice 1 after I got my new tires and lift kit for the alignment. I could give you a list of guys to AVOID (A+ Transmission, Absolute Performance for inspections, among others) but I thought it was time I show Choice 1 some love!

They have a great waiting area, friendly customer service and they do not overcharge like most places. If you are looking for a great local repair shop, I highly recommend Choice 1. A+++

Ive been bringing my car to Choice 1 Auto Care since I moved into the neighborhood some 8 years ago. Ive had my engine, transmission, and suspension replaced. My car drives great now. And while I wouldnt hesitate to bring my car back to them should the need arise, lets hope I dont have to, lol

Choice 1 were able to quickly test the A/C in my Land Rover LR3 and then replaced the refrigerant to back up to maximum cooling in a very short time. I was just a drive-by - no appointment. They were quick, courteous and professional. I would recommend them to my friends.

Oil changes are ok, in my experience I had my tire alignment after had purchase new tires, after 5 k miles I notice my tires were wore out in the inside on both front tires, first time they said it need it an after market parts in adition to do the alignment, also they told me I had hit something so hard that it broke a nut for under the truck(lie) then they say I need my rack and pinion replace because is cousing my alignment to mess up, the nut that they are saying I broke is or the edge of the broken nut is facing up is not toward the bottom which the nut it sits more than 2 feet from the ground up and the front bumper one foot of the ground(go figure). How can I had hit the nut without damaging my whole front of the truck!!

Took my car in for a oil change. After waiting for 40 minutes, the tech told me that I have a problem. Upon screwing the oil pan plug back in, the thread from the pan broke and came out. After he told me that the only way to remedy the problem was to put in a bigger screw and hope it holds. After this was done, I went to the dealership and they told me that the proper way to do this is to use a rethreading tool and out a screw one size bigger. The tech at choice 1 didnt do any of this. I brought my car in for a oil change, and came out with a 900 dollar bill to replace the oil pan. I would not recommend this shop to anyone!

This place told my friend her compressor on her 2015 Nissan Centra was bad and needed replacing for $1200.00. A second opinion showed another minor problem with a switch costing only $120.00. Now what do you suppose they would have done had she taken it to them?

Willing and able to get quotes. Only had 1 visit so I cannot provide too much information.I came in requesting an alignment and tire rotation and after looking at the vehicle it was not recommended to rotate tires due to some damage to the front which woll cause some heavy wear on the tires. So they saved me a few bucks there. Honest points plus 5 lol. Thats a plus.Customer service is above average. Talked to the owner I believe and gave me a quote that I may consider. It looked like a good quote considering the amount of work my car begs. But that will be determined when I bring the same repairs to another shop and compare. I will update if and when that happens.In conclusion, my experience with them was as expected and I have No complaints. The fact that there was honesty was a plus. Like i said previously, only one visit and not enough to provide you guys what you need to make a educated decision. However, I will say this; I do intend to return to this establishment for smaller repairs. That should hold some account right? And hopefully I will be comfortable enough to recommend.Update: 7/03Came in requesting a brake job on the spot and they were happy to oblige. They identified the pads that were causing the metal on metal sound aND informed me accordingly. They suggested that I have the rotors shaved back to the smooth surface they once were so had that done. Total time was a maximum of 2 hrs. They have the mechanics available so that was awesome.This was my second visit and I can confidently and proudly say that I have officially found my mechanic. They are honest people whom provides honest work for a realistic price.I am the owner of an orange 03 Honda element with 194k miles on the car. They have my business moving forward. Keep up the great work yall and Im looking forward to my next visit.

My experience was not good at all. Came here as a Discount Tire referral since I had a lug nut stuck when trying to get new tires. Discount was footing the bill so I didnt hesitate to go since I need it repaired in order to get the 4th tire installed. 1st attempt to get it done was on a Saturday and I was told they have a skelton crew on Saturday so I would have to bring it back on a weekday. VERY inconvenient. 2nd attempt was Presidents days (a weekday). Same answer. 3rd attempt was a Friday and finally got it taken care of. When they called to say it was ready I was told I checked intowhy your ABS and traction lights was on I said let me stop u, there were no light on when I drove my car there. well the technician said it was when he drove into the bay i call BS and an attempt to get more money!!! Dont go here, u will leave with other problems and more expenses than when u came.

My experience was great at Choice 1 Auto Care. The machanics explained everything to me step by step when i had to get a new compressor for my car including other stuff. They called every step of the way and very professionaly explained everything that was going on with my car and also what the repairs will cost.
