I gave the 5 stars because the couple of times I have been here the employees have been very friendly. It has been quiet and clean. I never had to wait in line. There is always computers available and the printer, copy machine, and fax works great.

They have imposed set backs to keep you from landing a job.

These people are so incredibly lazy they cant even be bothered to answer a phone or even set up a voice service. Call the number and it rings and then disconnects. They cant even be bothered to alter their hours of operation to ZERO because of closures due to the COVID PLANdemic

First time at this location. Greeter wasnt too friendly BUT Omar M. was awesome! He was SO polite & helpful!! Hes the type of worker we need when we seek help from Workforce Solutions.

As people were saying before this place deserves negative numbers in their reviews. I think it should be shut down and stop wasting taxpayers money. The staff is completely unprofessional - they dont know how to do simple things. I spent there almost 4 hours and received either very rude incompetent response but 90% of time I was ignored. They dont know procedure on how to keep one resume online and one off.Because of their unprofessional advice I lost my work and had to start all over again. People just walking around the office back and forth trying to pretend they are doing something. A lot of cheap pretense and phoniness. When I asked for help I was constantly ignored. I finally left in frustration. Please do yourself a favor and stay away. Thank you

Great location, the parking is not great because its a small parking lot, but the employees are very nice and I felt really wanted to help with sources for job searches.

If i could give them less than a star i would. I tried to call and asked questions. The lady that answered was trying to talk to 2 people at one time. By doing this she missed the question i was trying to ask her and caused undo confusion. What she should have done was either ask me to hold on or the person who saw her on the phone to hold on, I would not have minded holding on. I understand that places can be busy, This was not helpful to me. It made me feel disrespected. Plus instead of her admitting her mistake she tried to make an excuse, Unacceptable. This leads me to believe that the treatment i would receive at this location would not be good nor would the workers be helpful. She is the first impression we get of this establishment when we call or enter...... it wasnt a good one. I never got to ask my question or receive any help because she gave the impression that it was too busy, i wasnt important and that she was rude or attitudinal. None of those things is good or encouraging for the potential client.

The staff offers a very professional and polite environment.I havent seen this level of hospitality and customer service in years.Applause

Very helpful and friendly! Only allowed to print 10 pages and for a new job I got I needed to print over 100 pages for my new hire packet and the nice lady went ahead and let me print them all!

Very helpful to to get other job offers to get for better results or resources to find in different area of interest is very good

Been here a couple times and the first time i must say i didn’t wanna go back cause i felt the lady had an attitude. i left a bad review but i forgot to put it there and ended up taking it home i’m glad i did because the next time i came back she was so nice and helpful they were helpful the first time but she just was having a bad day i guess. overall nice ppl not too crowded

The staff are very friendly and give you some good advice. They help tremendously in finding a job. Sometimes you can have a long wait, but thats the only negative I can find.

Only two of the employees are actually helping people. The rest are wondering around talking with each other, or in the break room eating Chick-fil-A or Jason’s deli. Have been here since 820. Coming up on 2 hours now. Two of them are now leaning on a printer chatting away. This place is a waste of time. I stand corrected, now no one is assistIng people.

Who ever they have answering calls in the morning is extremely rude. People call to get help, not to treated with such disrespect. Horrible customer service

Small office area with limited staff available to help. All classes are on computers would prefer resume building class to be face to face.

I was able to walk right in & get to a computer so I can print the paperwork I needed. Was in & out within 5 minutes.

Employees are friendly and helpful and I have never had to wait on computer access at this location.

Omar S. told me this isnt the place for me to further my current work experience. As if this was my first time ever stepping foot into a WorkSource. Ive going to WorkSource for years. What he meant to say was he was not interested in helping me further my career. Period.

Very helpful staff and a large number of available computers to use for job searches. And free Wi-Fi for your laptops or smart phones.

Odd. Normally ok. Today was greeted by TW employee who asked if she has tear streaks down her face and left someone elses resume in my station. Im like, no and excuse me you left this here. Rest room out of order, computers acting up. Im out.

Helped me with all my needs. My issue is I applied for financial aid since I just started a job. Was told Id get a answer in three days. Three days ended up being about a month. Im grateful for wht help I received but it was hard finding wht I needed since Im a mechanic and they gave me 140 in Walmart cards. Walmart had very little, and wht they had I already acquired waiting for aid.

Worst experience I ever had. The supposedly welcome staff were non caring. One to busy on her cell. Told me to get on the PC and set up account. I already have account. Went to them with my resume (which I already had with me) to talk with someone. The lady said get back on PC and apply for jobs. I responded I could have done this from home on my PC. I was then told “well go home”. Horrible. Horrible.I’m ashamed of Texas.I got laid off from stupid conglomerate want to be after 20+ years.Never been so embarrassed.Don’t recommend Texas Work Force assistantance. It’s BS!!!

Because of you they punished me with the stamps for a month when I had gone 2 times, the first time I was waiting 2 and I had entered the system with my social security number. And the second time I waited 4 hours and the worker told me that she could not help me only if she had to check if there was a talk and another paper signed by them could help me then so that they ask is it safe if they do not see which one it was. They need more friendly and compatible workers.
