The Houston office staff is very professional and responsive. I appreciate their professionalism and courteousness. Jasmine is an attentive, consummate professional. She listens well, asks the right questions, then fully immerses herself in helping the candidate secure the best opportunity. She provides timely feedback. She seeks out the answers to your questions, etc. The same can be said of Stewart. Working with Jasmine and Stewart felt more like working on a team versus being a contractor working for a firm, knowing your time there is limited. With SNI, I feel like I have limitless opportunities and a team who is rooting with me and for me even when I am not on assignment working for them.

Met with Perla Moreno for temp accounting work while I attend school for a graduate level certificate. There was very little follow up, and the two calls I placed to inquire as to the status after waiting a week or two were met with impatience, rigidity and a critical spirit thinly veiled under the veneer of an expertise quickly shown to be a sham once you ask the right questions. I was emailed a few skill tests and never found out what my score was -the answer being that it was very difficult to score them so it would take time to get them to me. That time never came. I wont chase people who are going to be making a tidy sum off me for doing nothing but assess and refer me. Certainly they dont train or provide any real courtesy. So I have to agree that the same qualities evident for the previous reviewer are still extant here. You might get a little feedback on your resume here, but again, follow up at this agency is poor. I have worked as a recruiter and I would never have treated a client this way, and I made excellent money as a result. Ive also been a business owner for 12 years. These are people I probably wouldnt hire, much less use to get me hired. You know when things arent working its best to let them go, go on, God has better things for you!

I went for my first meeting with Katie after Harvey and with all the flooding I was running late for my interview. They were so kind and professional. The receptionist is a dream, she knew what I needed when I walked in the door. Kudos to this wonderful group of people.

Not a professional staffing firm at all. They claim to work only on a we will call you process, yet if you call practically give them your information and complete availability, they do not want to use you.I have had the privilege to make friends with many recruiters, and never before have I come across a staffing agency that willingly turns away business in the form of a qualified candidate.

I spent 6 weeks waitng for an offer from a company that the SNI people told me I had a job with. I quit my contract job because they said an offer was imminent. At this time I am without a job or a prospect. I have written emails to them and they will not reply. Overall, a very bad experience

If I could zero stars I would. This office was the worst, Stuart and Jasmine are horrible. Highly unprofessional!
