This is the worst temp agency I have ever been employed by. I have worked two jobs in the past and was hired on by both companies because of my excellent work performance. After calling in to speak with a recruiter to mark myself available as required one of the recruiters who would not state her name has been very rude and disrespectful when I call in. She has hung up the phone repeatedly and also cussed me out stating “don’t ever call back here again because we will not be finding you a job” if you do decide to still go with this temp agency for your best interest do not work with Ashley (recruiter). Plenty of other agencies out there who actually care about your future.

0 stars please. This place is the best place to waste your time. They lie. They lie and they lie more. All they want is your info on their system to show the bosses they are working.Kirsten is the worse she acts nice but thats it.Dont waste your time going in if they call you. You will waste 2 hrs of the time you should be looking for an actual job.

Everyone at Lofton was very professional and courteous. They are very knowledgeable and helpful with understanding my skills and what I was needing. I would recommend Lofton Staffing and I would use them again.

I am sure the company is great but to have an employee threaten to put a bullet in my head bothers me. I have reached out to the company via email on the site and to this day NO RESPONSE.

The staff is understanding in my working needs. Other agencies flat out wouldnt work with my school schedule and would tell me in so many words a freaking $8.00 an hour job was better than getting my degree in machining! The nerve of these people. So thanks to Lofton I work at night and school in the morning.

The Houston branch DO NOT recognize their loyal and dependable workers. There arent any raises, promotion goes to their favorites and not to those with dedication. By all means avoid working and doing business with these people.

The hiring people are very unprofessional, and have poor people skills. I don’t recommend nobody to work here. Try every staffing agency but them. If I could give them 0 stars I would.

They are horrible. This office should be very ashamed of the unprofessionalism they have going on in there. The operations manager his wife and theyre cousin who is out there on the Becthel site in Baytown. They should be fired for the way the talk to the employees, the way they handle situations when one comes up and a$$ kissing of the site supervisor over the security of Becthel. Its a shame. Ive seen people fired for voicing there opinion. People quit because of the rudeness of the operations manager, the captain,and the Becthel site supervisor, when they took the chairs from the workers and told them they have to stand up for 8 hours. And the constant change of rules is RIDICULOUS. The management needs to really be changed around there. Yall wonder why there is a high turn over rate this is part of the reason why.
