I have been employed with Colby Resources about a year and worked a couple of long term contract jobs. I had a family emergency and Ms. Alethea worked with we and the client to secure I still had a job while I handled my personal matter. She could have easily found another candidate but her and the client felt it was best to keep me instead of retraining someone else. She is always professional and join to work with.

*10 stars if I could rate it*As soon as I applied for Colby, Alethea reached out to me and I got set up for an interview immediately. Alethea is very professional and very caring, she always takes care of business and is a very great person. I was very patient in finding something as Alethea would always check in with me to see if I was still looking for work and she would always go above and beyond for me to find me something as I wasnt working at the time. She got me an interview with a credit union in which I am permanently working with now and I love it. When I was still Temp-to-Hire with my credit union Alethea constantly was checking in with me and making sure things were working out and if i had any issues in which I did not. Anytime I had to call in she made sure I was okay and always reassured me that if I needed anything to let her know which says a lot about an employer. I got hurt one month and was out of work a few days as I hurt my knee and when I was out she would call to see how I was and if everything was okay along with my progress. When I got hired on Full time she stopped by my credit union to deliver some goodies to me and a few other employees who she also worked with and to me that meant a lot as an employer and a person. Alethea is GREAT and an awesome recruiter. HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend Colby resources and Alethea white

I met Ms. Alethea White at a networking event and was immediately drawn by her professional and pleasant demeanor! I kept her card close as I was debating on seeking a new work environment. I reached out to her later on and she immediately made every effort to get me the necessary testing and worked diligently to seek an employment opportunity best fit for the salary I requested. She followed up with emails and calls to give me status updates. Although I was referred by a friend to a new employer, I will definitely keep Alethea and Colby Resources in mind, if I choose to change jobs! Keep up the hard work Alethea! I was placed on an assignment with Archer Systems and was a little skeptical because the reviews for the company are very bad. My first week at Archer I witnessed Scott Colister verbally attack an IT guy and I knew right away this was a very hostile work environment. A few weeks into my assignment with Archer I began to be singled out and bullied by a lead. I reported this behavior to Alethia White, but unfortunately nothing was done. Thank God I kept looking for employment during my assignment because I was able to secure a job with a great company that treats their employees with respect. If you do decide to use Colby Resources, make sure you continue to seek permanent employment. Temp agencies look out for the client/company more than the employee because the client/company is paying them.

I was placed on an assignment and I have been working there for 3 weeks almost and was also offered overtime I recently found out that I had high blood pressure and was blacking out I had missed 3 days and I kept emailing and today I thought that I will feel good enough to go to work but I was not able to make it due to a black out this morning I just received the call from alethea who is very rude last minute on everything sends out the assignment the day before and she tells me that the client is more important than my health but the pay sucks $11 they dont offer insurance and I think that my health is more important so yes if I do not feel good or if I feel like Im about to stroke out if any means necessary $11 does not mean anything to me first off and second off she was very rude the way that she handle it dont work there trust me theyre going to overwork you for the pay and they are very rude. funny thing is she never asked for my discharge papers or anything so I think that I am able to do something about this because telling me that Im not able to make it to this project is cool but let me find another assignment for you is what should have been said not saying that Im not reliable and Ive been reliable for 3 weeks blood pressure is nothing to play around with so Im going to go further with that because I felt that I was not handled correctly in this situation health problems is health problems you didnt even ask for my drs ER my emergency room paperwork and my return to work which also said for me not to return to work until Monday but I said that I will be able to make it today and I just so happen to not feel good she said that she was sorry that I was going through this with the client was more important this is why you shouldnt work for them because if the person that you work for doesnt care about your health that needs it they will work you like a slave and not care at the end meaning I could have passed out and died up there and they wouldnt have cared because the client Matters Most! so she didnt care enough to ask that so therefore never work for them please they are horrible and absolutely low pay degree or not

If i could give 0 stars i would. They dont follow up with you, they forget you exist, and they only waste your time. One month had passed since i went it and interviewed with them and i havent heard from them since. A little more time goes by and then i finally receive a call from the recruiter who was helping me before and calls to tell me that she came across my resume and that i should register with Colby Resources... She didnt even remember that i had already went there a month ago and i was already registered and waiting to hear back about jobs she had set up for me. Such a waste of time... Trust me, there are better staffing agencies out there.
