Dont waste your money on evaluation over here, they did mine wrong, i tried to contact them but they didnt want to fix it. They posted wrong info. Very unprofessional

My Graduate University requested an evaluation for an exchange program I did during undergrad, I did have a misunderstanding with the person at reception at first, but I got contacted by the supervisor and he was extremely kind and thoughtful, and made sure to clarify and resolve the misunderstanding. I am actually happy I chose them and didn’t end up choosing a different place, the supervisor showed they really care about their clients and they won’t let you go unhappy.

Very good service. The price is affordable. They send the evaluation and translation directly to the college. They are clear about the due dates and for the prices. I have both my High school and College done by then. Also I am attaching the pictures of the location for help to get there.

Fast and reliable. Replies immediately with my inquiries. Mailed my orig docs on a Saturday, they got it Monday after lunch and got my electronic evaluation early Friday the same week and original docs with official evaluation the following Monday. Highly recommended

I have been to this place twice in the last 2 years and both time I have experienced unprofessional behavior from the staffs here. Not saying hi to customers, unwelcome attitude, today one of the staff even rolled her eyes at me because of a misunderstanding due to her assumption and lack of communication skills. I will never use their service again. If you need to get your paperwork done, do it somewhere else that has better work ethics.Review update:It is very saddening to read your reply to customer’s concern. Not a single apology for the bad experience. The whole reply was your pride talking.I work in customer service as well. No matter how much I trust my staff; I would dig deep to find the root cause of the situation rather than assuming that the customer is wrong. Attitude such as rolling eyes with customers is an unacceptable behavior, not a miscommunication.I can look past this experience but it would hurt your office in the long run if you keep resolving customers’ concerns with assumptions.Just my two cents. Every update on evaluation given at intervals including payment details, Ive always referred friends cuz mine was easy and want others too to see the benefits of making the right choice. Price is cheaper compared to others, and service reliable.

Their evaluation process is clear cut and they kept to their promised timeline. The customer service is actually aimed at helping the customer out unlike most businesses these days - someone usually picked up the phone; and/responded to my emails. Where they dropped the ball once i.e. missed an email request to forward my transcript to an agency, they took ownership and made more than satisfactory amends. If you want your evaluation done professionally, on time and without drama, SDR is the consultant to use. I just wish they would become a member of NACES too.

Good customer service.The bad thing is that, Sdr is not under NACES( NACES® is an association of credentials evaluation organizations.),so my evaluated transcript by Sdr was not accepted by the school am transferring into this summer.I have to request for a new transcript from my home country to be evaluated by another evaluator company...am in a mess right now, i hope i still meet up with the deadline.SDR Educational Consultants, please do everything you could to be a member of NACES to save your clients from this mess i have found myself. I have applied to 3 different schools now, these 3 schools did not accept my transcript because you are not a member of NACES.

Lady who answers the phone acts like she is being bothered when you ask questions, As a customer who paid for services rendered, I would expect my grievances to be addressed as if I matter.But I guess once they get your money, they could care less after that.

We got back the document evaluation in the time they promised and the work was done professionally and accurately. Best of all, their price was very competitive and saved us good money.

Not enough knowledge about international curriculum. they messed up my GPA. do not step in there. They have no regrets to play with your career.

This is the worst company I have ever worked with. It first took 3.5 weeks to get my results, they then didn’t calculate my GPA correctly and didn’t respond to my emails asking them about it. Lastly I got all my originals back wrinkled and with obvious sign of mishandling!

My evaluation delayed due to delayed authentication from my country of origin buy the called and informed me about it and offered to give me 2 free sealed copies thats $50 off andtheyre cheaper compared to others and I would really recommend this place.

Expensive.!! They late too much to send my evaluation transcript. In addition they told me it will be mailed to my home ! But they didnt! After that they told me I have to pay 25$ to deliver it !!! How I should pay that? I paid 195$ just for the evaluation!

Horrible experience, they do not have complete knowledge for international university, screwed up my career, do not go there.
