We like this location better than the other one at Katy Fwy. It seems like we find what were looking for better here, besides the ordering system is more addecuate, nevertheless we shop at both of them with no problems other than the frustration when they ran out of products were looking for.

It lacks customer service, we went in once and asked for costs, they explained to us how the purchase process was, we went into the second one and no one approached us to see that there was no one else, then people began to arrive and no one attended to us, we are new and they did not take the time to instruct us well and encourage us to be part of their sales ... They never have a product, I have gone on different occasions to buy products and they dont have them. Well, I have lost 2 clients for that reason, I know I can order by phone, but they take a long time to arrive and charge for shipping, once I tried this way and I could NEVER communicate.Customer service is so-so, people at checkout should be nicer.Sorry, Omnilife is on its way down.In the meantime I will keep waiting for there to be a product.

The service if that is lousy, the manager very sharp and blunt to his posture.I arrived at exactly 2:00 pm the doors were still open, after I entered they changed from open to closed.The person who would admit me traveled an hour and even letting them know this they did not give the service and the manager did not even give the opportunity to listen.Very bad service and the manager looked very bad, as a person who has worked in this type of industry, if the person entered the place the service is provided.
