Fantastic subscription box. Were subscribed to their office jerky subscription box and the employees truly do get excited every time the jerky is delivered to the office and its all gone in minutes. Its a huge hit at our office. Great job.

Terrible service. I ordered specifically as a gift for Christmas. I received notification that it would ship prior and reached out to the company to delay the shipping. I received confirmation that my order had been delayed, yet still received prior to Christmas. When I reached back out to the company they wouldn’t help in anyway and disregarded my emails.Also- understand that your shipments will potentially come within two weeks of each other (not necessarily every 4 wks). Really- this wouldn’t have been a big deal, but the customer service is so bad and the lack of care for their subscribers is very apparent.I would not recommend at all.
