I am a driver for a home improvement store and we bring our truck to Jet Tech because they are quicker than the dealership. The office staff and mechanics are always great with me or my manager. Scam Scam Scam! They post job listing on craigslist and have people work for a week and fire them! They mark up prices like crazy and get over on their customers, very rude staff / Racist! Only good thing about the company is the mechanics! I would never recommend anyone here.

Best shop Ive ever visited by far

Unable to follow directions was told to look at one part on Monday was told truck be done by Tuesday maybe Wednesday morning. Currently its Friday an several parts later they finally told they was going to look at the part I told them to look at on Monday. I was told by some lady not to call again an they would call me when it was dine. Horrible experience. Bad customer service. I have to assume they think they know everything an i dont know jack. Last time I use this company
