I was referred by a friend a while back and was a lost young freshly Grad women, who needed a clean up on my credit from the damage that was caused during my college years. While I expected the company to do some repairs with my credit, I was not expecting them to far exceed my expectations! We we referred to Custom Care Consultants after buying a new car. We called shortly there after and were looking into buying a new home. Our credit scores were in the ditch and Jessica with CCC was amazing in assisting us in our future dreams(very near future at the time.) Christina personally handled my account and did a FABULOUS job! I had screwed up my credit when I was in my early 20s (thank you retail stores) and it was a mess all the way up into my early 30s. I am married now and we were planning on buying a house so I needed help! My score when I first started with her was embarrassingly around 550. It is now a stellar 700 with all 3 bureaus! I am amazed! She wiped out all of my old debt off of my report, constantly wrote correspondence for me to get 7 year old collection companies to stop contacting me etc. Now my credit report is so clean! She did an amazing job!!

Such a scam. Cristina has been stealing my money for months with nothing to show for it. Tried to give her a chance but the excuses just kept on piling up. (The assistant quit, she had pneumonia, the computer system wasnt working). I would have to call each time tosee what was going on because I had zero updates for months. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

I have had the worst experience with this company and Cristina my agent that I trusted and put my faith in has apparently been stealing money from the company. what a disappointment!!!!!!!!!!!!
