When I first signed up with them in Feb of this year, I had a minimal amount of debt along with a repo due to bad divorce with a low 600 credit score but in just a few months, I am now in the low 700 with a better understanding of how credit works. They are VERY reputable. They always keep in touch with you to see if you have any questions and call you to keep you up to date with your plan. They also send you letters when your creditors have accepted a settlement offer. If you dont want to go that route they also have an option as to where you can consolidate your debt. Check them out! My husband and myself have been trying to get ahold of anyone at this company the past 3 weeks, we gave them time thinking the holidays they were closed, but wouldnt you leave a voice mail stating the company will be closing early DURING HOLIDAY SEASON .THEY ANSWER PHONE AN STATE SOMEONE WILL RETURN UR CALL WITHIN 2 HOURS, ITS BEEN SEVERAL WEEKS WITH US CALLING DAILY .... We have been calling the company, all extentions and Tom with no response from anyone. There hasnt been a change in the company website or Facebook to let anyone know there is a problem. Now we are going to have to hire another company to finish his job and basically start over because our credit has drastically dropped due to his inability to follow through and finish. Very disappointed and Frustrated!!
