The most horrible customer service I have ever experienced. Charged me for service and monthly credit monitoring. Took two months to get a hold of someone. Never received any letter(s) in the mail as promised. Many promises but not one was kept. Wish I wouldn’t have gave them a penny of my hard earned money. Do not trust these people.
