First off great services and very clear about results that will get done. I honestly didn’t know much about credit nor did I know the best way to fix it lol. Tempestt is unprofessional, her communication skills are poor. She doesnt answer phone calls and cancels appointments when you schedule time to talk with her about your account. She is not transparent about her progress and is defensive when you ask questions about your account. She completely changes her attitude once you have paid your money and have become a client. Shes all about getting paid and no concern for the client. If I could have given her 0 stars I would have. Dont waste your time or money with someone who doesnt have the skills to repair your credit. My credit score declined after becoming a client with them.
