Thanks to the City of Houstons long wait times on permits, we were left with less than 5 months to finish our house. Brandon went above and beyond his job description to make sure we were in on time. Nights, Weekends, he never failed to be there making sure everything was going smoothly. He answered my many questions with patience and kindness even when I wasnt so kind myself. When there was a problem with engineering, he personally came over and redid the floor plan with chalk himself without complaint. I couldnt have asked for a better project manager to build my dream home. Thanks so much Brandon. Youre the best!

Had them build a warehouse for my company these guys where on it! The project manager Brandon Maklaski was quick to respond with answers to all my questions, but overall the price was right for the quality.

AVOID THIS COMPANY! We had them erect our metal building, it was not completed correctly and many things were done wrong or not completed at all. We had to hire another company to finish what they started. Once they get your money and finish what they want to work on, they stop showing up or answering the phone. If you do get someone, they tell you what you want to hear just to get you off the phone, but never show to finish the work. Do yourself a favor, go find someone else. Look up Allied World Insurance Company vs American Western Steel, LLC for a good read on how they treat their customers, and why they ended up with a $1.3M judgement against them. Good luck getting anything from them if you ever have to sue! It also appears their own employees write reviews for them, so dont believe the 5 star stories. I DO NOT recommend anyone hire this company.

We absolutely love our new home! From someone who was on the fence about a metal building home, I am now a firm believer! And AWS made that possible. Michael was patient and willing to make the changes we requested time and time again without hesitation. We couldnt be more pleased with the finished product!

Call and asked for a quote. The owner called me back in like 20 minutes and he talked over what I was wanting. He even came out to my property the next day and walked thru the building layout. This is the best construction company I have ever used I would highly recommend them.

American Western Steel was very competitive with their prices. They worked with our budget. They also took care of everything from getting all the permits required, pouring the concrete to erecting my 40X50 Shop. American Western Steel finished the job on the time schedule, with out having any changes. I just had to leave a review for them, because they did such a great job and made sure we were happy.

AWS is one of the most efficient turn-key builders in Houston. They have completed numerous steel building projects for me in a span of two years. I am very pleased with Michael and his companys efficiency.

Great buildings with plenty of options. I wanted turnkey at last minute with a concrete slab and they did a great job.

Called them a month ago, Michael came out to give me a bid and once he left I never heard from him again. I tried texting him for a month and no response. He blew me off, which is completely unprofessional and rude. I dont recommend this company at all.

I was asked if I could finish up the HSPCA in Houston after AWS f___ked it all up. Michael is the worst of the worst. No issue with Julio or Ryan. Terrible experience!
