I asked for a rushed delivery and paid extra for 2 hour service. We gave specific instructions on who to deliver an important document to and this company delivered it to the wrong person causing delays and affecting our legal case. I would NOT recommend them and will never use them again! It seems these messenger companies just hand off as fast they can to just anyone the documents instead of actually following directions. So frustrating.
