Tony was awesome! He returned my call right away and came in the same afternoon! He explained everything and tried to resolve the issue but a part needed to be ordered. He said it would take a couple of days BUT came back the NEXT day with it! Everything is working great now :-)

We had Crispin over at our campus today to help install the driver to use our poster machine. As always, he was professional, quick and efficient, and even had time to take a look at our 3 copiers to ensure they were working properly. He changed the rollers on one of the paper trays, showed me how to change the stapler cartridge and trained the receptionist and a principal on the use of the poster machine. He helps make my job so much easier!

Pricing is way over market value. Definitely get competition pricing before ever signing a copy rental agreement with Ubeo. Also investigate the purchase price to see how much extra renting costs. Also read the fine lines in the rental agreement very carefully, especially the lease continuation clauses.

Be very careful when dealing with this company. They will charge way more than anyone should have to pay for a copier lease. At a minimum call a competitor to price check.
