One of the best place in town which list a huge range of toys for all the different ages and the range falls between 2$-250$(+). They do offer special offers which can be avail in shop as well as some through discount coupons from donotretIlme application.

This location is understaffed. As a result customer service suffers. The wait to pickup a package is horrendous. Its not just me, other customers who come here complain about the same problem. During Christmas time a toy store is supposed to be run efficiently. Even checkout lines just run way too slowly. A single issue just stalls the entire operation.

Got a good deal on both of these power wheels and some good customer service! The female manager was great! Ive should have bought her lunch!

This review is regarding the Babies r us. I had a terrible experience shopping there. I went to baby r us wanting to buy a crib. The lady at the cash register was very rude slow and lazy. The lady at the crib section was actually nice and took her time helping us find what we needed. That was my first time at the store.I did not get a email confirmation about my purchase and i also never got a phone call letting me know my crib was already delivered to the store. I waited 2 months. When we went to pick up the crib the same lady was at the cash register was there. She rolled her eyes at us when we asked for help. She told us she did not have time for us and she took a long time trying to find our order. Finally another lady came to help her from the toys r us side and she was friendly and took a lot less time looking for our crib. She found it immediately in the system brought our crib out for us. Due to the fact that most of the staff was cold, rude and uninviting i will not shop here again. I do not write a review unless i love something or absolutely hate something. Avoid a head ache do not shop here.

Always go here whenever we need to buy something for a party. The place has everything you need, but last time I went there was a weird cashier that was literally bouncing up and down on his legs. Other then that most staff are helpful and the place is good.

It was the day before Christmas and not a line was short. My goodness the end of the line stretched to the bikes! Was in line for 30mins. The representatives are patient and friendly. Id give it 4 stars but REALLY. One line open during Christmas Eve.

Feeling sad as they closing their stores. Their entire store have discounts on everything. Get your favourite item before its gone foreever. And better use your gift cards as soon as possible because they might going to stop accepting them even before closing the store.

Its a large toy store, with a huge variety of toys and games as well as recreational vehicles for kids. The prices run a little high, but you can buy all your presents in one place. It is also connected to a babies r us and they allow you to purchase items at either stores register which helps with long lines.

I was there trying to get a 45 or 90 degree curve for a Hot Wheel track. They were out of the item and I needed direction to another Toys r Us store. The young people at the register and in customer service were too busy to look up the address even though I was the only customer at customer service. In the pass, I would get angry at the service and think about reporting the service to the higher ups but cool off when I left the store. This time I call the district manager and never returned to that store.

This store is good for a quick shop. Its small compared to other stores and has less to choose from especially clothing. The staff is very helpful and cooperative.

Sad this place is closing. Had great deals though. Run there, before friday! Got tons of stuff for very very cheap. They had formula, bottles, toys, games, puzzles for 49 cents for some of that.

As with most Toys are us, this one have the great prices and assortment.You can easily spare an hour there looking for something if you did not have an ideia when you got in.

Wonderful customer service. One of the managers Paul was very kind and patient. He took his time and helped us with various toy selections and answered all our questions.

The staff at this location are completely incompetent. First of all they all hide in the back to avoid the responsibility to help customers find certain items, then they act like they can’t work a register or item scanner!!! The products are all beaten up and thrown everywhere. It seems like the closing of these stores are for the best.

Awful customer service.On the speakers they started calling everybody to leave because theyre about to close. But theres only one cashier at the register (Tiffany, slow as a turtle).So quickly there are 5, 6, 7 persons in line wanting to pay. I asked her to call for help and she says that she cant cause shes not the manager. Well, I said, why dont you call the manager?, she goes... I dont have a walky-talky. (I guess she can play stupid whenever she wants). Another customer support me and ask her to call somebody but she totally didnt want to.After five minutes is my turn to pay and then comes Evelyn (a manager wannabe). She asks... whats the problem.The line was even longer at this point and I didnt want to waste everybodys time explaining what she could see by herself.I guess I enjoyed the special of the night... Tiffany and Evelyn... deal with one stupid worker and get another one for free.

Went in knowing what I wanted. They got my info, looked firf my items, found them and I was out of there. Fast, easy and employees were courteous.

The service was bad. No one ever came around to help. But they did have everything we were looking for, they always have perfect stuff, I just hope there were workers more available to assist people, I was for 15 minutes struggling with some things and never even saw a worker.

Have been here with my wife. Looks like very well organized store with wide selection.

We ordered a crib and was told it would be ready the next week. Fast forward 3 weeks later and the crib is still not in, nor has it been shipped. Every time I call, I get the same story that itll be here in the next couple of days. Im getting my money back and going elsewhere.

I placed an order to pick up at the store trying to save time. I headed to the store even though I never got a confirmation it was ready because they were closing. I was trying to save time. One guy was nice and said he was working on it the other met me with attitude and said there was no guarantee. I asked I needed to cancel my order and just go get it. At this time Ive wasted more time than Ive gained! He was nice at the end but ugh really, still dont get why all Toys R Us are so dirty!

Honestly they are always understaffed just like past reviewer said. Lines long. Cant evee find anyone. Not as bad as walmart but worse than target. When i do finally get a hold of someone for help they are always nice attentive.

If I could I would give a zero star. The prices are still high even though they are going out of business. They didnt have anything appealing and most of their good items were gone or too expensive even with the discounts. Waste of my time wouldnt recommend this store for anyone not worth it. Young lady that waited on me was rude I stood at customer service for 5 minutes before anyone said anything to me I took a gift back that I bought for my great-grandson and I said to the young lady I paid for it with a gift card Visa that I had gotten for my job she didnt listen to me the gift was obvious never been opened but she gave me a gift card for Toys R Us I dont understand why she couldnt put it back on the same Visa card thought I paid for it with now Im forced to go back to to that rude place I do not recommend anybody to go to the one on Westheimer very rude bad customer service

Read a big going out of business sign so thought I would drop in and see what prices would be marked down to. The smaller items are down about 20 percent. Was told they would not go down on the furniture unless the vendor marked them down, which they had not.

I have been shopping at this location for 5 years. The store is very clean and organized. The staff are very nice and friendly. The only negative comment would be there are never enough cashiers.

Like the selection here I collect hot wheels so I go here sometimes because they have a big selection of hot wheels and sometimes they have events which is cool.

Kids favourite place. The restrooms do need an upgrade and definitely can do with more cleaning.

This is the worst store experience Ive had with the toys r us / babies r us business. Went to buy things for our baby registry and the manager said no one on staff can help because they arent trained for baby products. ( How difficult is it to transfer one staff member ?) We spent 1 hour looking for our items and were later told they do not price match! They clearly have price match guranteed all over the store.Dont go here its a waste of time, the workers are clearly not trained, under paid and for those reasons dont give a damn about the store or you.

Great products for babies and kids. Why only 1 star? Because thats all what they have (good products) you can find those products in any other toys r us store. Here the staff is disgusting, rude, slow and not organized at all. I went here to get my babys crib.The lady didnt know where the products were, plus when we finally found the crib, she asked me to wait 5 minutes while she go to the back to get the crib and take it to the register, I waited almost 30 minutes (because she said she will call my name to go to the register whenever is ready) I never heard my name. I went to the register and ask for my product, they said that Caren (the lady who helped me) was in lunch, and she didnt brought any crib. I had to find someone else to help me and at the end they said that the crib wasnt at the store yet, I place a hold and picked it up a month later; they never send me a notification to pick it up, I noticed it when I went back and ask if it was ready. I got my crib but Ill never go back to that store.

The in store help was good, a woman working in the video game section worked with me in trying to find a specific game as their cabinet was in the process of being rearranged, so props to her.However, calling this place is useless and why the store gets such a low rating to me, also due to the inaccuracy of the stock shown at the store on the Toys R Us website.I had called Toys R Us to see if they had a specific game in stock. I had to call three times in order to get someone on the phone, then when I did she asked what I needed and said she would check. 15 minutes later someone picks up the phone to ask what I needed, and told them someone was checking on something for me already. She put me back on hold and ten more minutes passed by.The first person never came back, and the second didnt follow up on the first person. They have some lazy, poorly trained customer service desk people there. So dont bother with calling and expecting help.

Was 2nd best to the Katy Freeway location, but its a moot point. Sad to see TRU go...

Selection is very limited, most of the shelves are completely empty or only a few things on them. Things that they do have are usually the least popular ones, which means theyre likely the worst ones.

The WORST customer service is st this location. Ordered some gifts for my sons birthday. Received an email saying my order was ready, got there a store representative told me no your order was canceled without a reason with no notification and was very rude about it even telling I could go somewhere else to purchase. I called customer service and they told me my order was not cancelled and is there/ should be there. Would never purchase from this store again

Found so many adorable things it was hard to choose

Very upset with hpwnthry handled my complaint. Spent almost $500 On a toy truck that only worked half a dozen times and then quit working. They put me on hold for almost 15min and then they forgot why I was on hold. Very under staffed. Then they referred me to Square Trade and gave me the wrong number to call by someone that was supposedly a manager but when i asked his name said he doesnt really work there and was just helping out. not happy. Thumbs down to this location
